A new meter was installed against above consumer no. Replacing old meter no. 1837317 on 01.06.2016. After replacing the meter, cesc people wrongly connected the line to 2 phase instead of 3 phase, thereby making a faulty connection. On start, my electric line connected with the above meter caused minor blasts and damaged my computer/ tv set top box/ 2 fans/ 2 tubes and decorative lights in the temple causing me a good amount of loss and tension. I had to immediately replace 2 fans/ 2 whole set of tube lights/ set top box and got my computer repaired at a cost of more than rs.7000/- your cesc people even did not inform me to shut all the connections connected with the above meter before starting the work luckily i was at home, so could call my local electrician to guide your people to connect in a correct way, otherwise, it could have been a big incident.
Now, suggest me the way to get compensation for the loss, without any fault of mine
