Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Meter Reading not done | |
Hi, I have 2 meters in my house ( Customer id [protected] and [protected]).Last 2 months, I am not staying in my house. The person who is staying is going to office from morning till evening ( 8.45 am to 7 pm). Due to that the person who comes to read the meter was not able to take actual reading. Can it be done on weekend otherwise the bills are coming on assumption. I have got sms for one meter to submit the actual reading within 24 hrs which I did. but didn't get the sms for another meter.
