Customer id [protected] - sharad cooperative housing soceity - whose mobile no/e-mail id not operated for different reasons, present secy deals with his own mobile no (Not e-mail) and like that aug/sept/oct/nov 18 elect bills were paid on line with no problem but for dec bill 1) paper bill not received, 2) knowing last date of payment is 1/2/2019, attempt was made to pay in similar manner, money was debited, cesc's website shows transaction but in position shown in web showing status it says ' receipt will be sent after real transaction by bank/agent" — bank shows debited then? Intermediate agent is at default creating tensions for us? We would not bother if we did not see complaints by customers of placing customer ar default and paying money loss!
Any way yr system assistant spoke to me from[protected] asking me to check if within 48 hours (I. E, by 3 pm om 31/1/2019 i get receipt. If not to contact! Was this information helpful? |
