[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Monthly bill paid amount deducted

I paid my monthly cesc electric bills for consumer nos.[protected] for rs.550 for the month of june 2020 through my net banking. Unfortunately, no receipts were generated but the amounts were debited from my account. I wrote to cesc re the problem but they said that since they didnt receive the payments, nothing can be done from their side. Incidentally, cesc bills for june, 2020 is still shown as outstanding.

Kindly arrange to refund the amounts immediately including the rebate which i didnt get for no fault of mine. Awaiting an early action on your part.
