I have raised another request (05/06645/22) with CESC for new meter connection which got rejected again on grounds that there is an existing connection available.
I already informed inspection officer that existing meter belongs to previous flat owner as it was a resell property and that he would retain the meter for his purpose.
Hence, I had placed a new meter connection instead of name transfer for existing meter.
But unfortunately I am being informed to visit CESC office which is hard as I'm also working from Monday to Saturday and the CESC office remains closed on Sunday.
Even I have written to CESC support email but there is no response from long time.
Kindly help here to get the required support for processing my new connection.
