Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — non receipt of hard copy of the electricity bill

It is bring to your kind notice that for the last two months (Bearing the consumer id [protected] & [protected]) i did not get the hard copies and the soft copies of the electricity bill to my address and my registered e-mail id. Therefore, i request you to look into the matter, so that, i would get the hard copies and the soft copies of the electricity bills on regular basis.
