I've sent you an email dated 10th ultimo to your [protected]@rp-sg.in attaching two receipts issued by you in confirmation of the double payment made by me towards my electricity bills on 14/6/2021, totaling to Rs.7980/- (ie @3990 x 2).
Your subsequent bills however not showing the reflection of the aforesaid payment made by me.
Hence you were requested to confirm the same and arrange to issue bill for subsequent month with correct dues post adjustment of the aforesaid payment of 7980/-.
But neither I've received any reply to my email under reference nor credit of the said amount in full was given to my account.
I therefore lodge this complaint in order to have effect of the aforesaid payment in my A/c and also want you to send me a month wise details of my bills without arrear and payments made for the past 6 months period. Was this information helpful? |
