In the absence of my son i pay the cesc power bills. Of late some issues have cropped up which i bring to your notice for resolution at the earliest. On getting the july’17 bill i notice the following :
Month total units gross amount payable (Rs)
April ’[protected]Adjustment of - rs 1290.74)
May ’[protected]
June ’[protected]
July ’[protected]
It appears a puzzle if “units” are compared with the payable amounts, specifically in july’17. Please look into the anomalies as it appears.
Moreover, i opted for ecs payment of bills which was confirmed to have been accepted in a message on 4/8/2017. My june’17 bill was due for payment on 4/8/17 and i rested assured that june’17 bill will be paid through ecs. But the current bill of july’17 is showing me as defaulter, consequently a disconnection notice has been served, which is simply humiliating for none of my fault.
Please arrange payment of two months bill (June & july’17) this time through my ecs and confirm.
