Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Ranjit Kumar Kar and had a connection having consumer number: [protected] and customer id: [protected], which I agreed to change the customer name to Durga Das Nanda on 11.04.2017.
Now since the name has been changed from Ranjit Kumar Kar to Durga Das Nanda, the security deposit (approx 17 thousand) should have been delivered to me(Ranjit Kumar Kar) and it has been now more than two months that I have not received it yet.
But when I called cesc help line number [protected] on 12/08/2017, the executive named Kalyan told me that my cheque has been delivered to me, but neither I nor my any family members have received the cheque.
My question is !
If the cheque has been delivered to me you have the sufficient prove that I have received it.
Would request you to provide the proof of delivery that I have received it or else guide me the way to get back my cheque of security deposit (approx 17 thousand), on urgent basis.
