There has been no resolution to the Complaint of severe voltage fluctuations in my home during Noon & Later in the evening i.e. after 10PM.
There have been couple of dockets that I have made for rectification of the same but till date no resolution. Every time I call your customer care, they say the same story that the high level team is looking into this issue. The team is only looking but not taking any steps that I can understand otherwise we would have seen the results.
Whenever the AC of my neighbor powers on, I notice a huge voltage drop in my house. It goes to such a low that trips my AC. I have a voltage stabilizer installed already for the AC, then also. Hope you can understand my concern. IF this continues my Electrical equipment will get damaged. Who will pay for replacement?
Frequent Cable Faults are a part of our daily routine. IF you check your database you will be able to understand.
I am paying my bills regularly then why will the problem not get resolved. IS CESE only interested in revenue & not consumer wellbeing.
I am sure if you can bill and take money during Covid times you can give service also.

Request with folded hands, please change my PHASE immediately and give me at least peace at nights with good Sleep. Hope this sudden fall in voltage will resolve with change of Phase. The Phase i am in might be overloaded.
