To the reply of my previous complaint I have been suggested to pay the electricity bill through EMI, and the reason of high rise is been said to be the exact meter reading after the COVID.
I want you to know that I have already paid the excess amount of Rs. 2950 for the month of June which was much much more than my regular consumption.
I completely cooperated with CESC when I was given the reason of temporary termination of meter reading due to COVID, as a result the sum was delivered collectively on the month of June.
But again Ive been given the same reason, which is really unpleasant.
So, i request you to look into the matter as the bills Im receiving is very high than my electricity consumption.
