As per your records of current months consumption since units consumed in november2016 : 161, december2016 :130, january2017:136, february2017:172, march2017:125 only. Hence we paid in last bill rs.810.00.
How as it is reported in the sms received on 14.05.2017 electricity bill for 04/17 becomes rs.2540 (Net) i. E almost above three times more?
In the month of january 2017 we received an sms, that our analog meter will be updated to digital meter, but this has not yet been done. It is our apprehension that old meter is malfunctioning and so we are unduly charged. Why we should be bearing the burnt of cesc defective meter?
We demand rationalisation of current bill and no further delay in installation of digital meter. A probe on site of misuse of our connection by anyone is solicited.
Moreover connection of our apartment by a temporary tube externally hanging from wall instead of bona fide under ground lay out from cesc public supply underground cable is devoid of proper earthing and in several ac mains plugs earth point being energized are burning out our valuable instruments, - please lay out underground cable restoring proper earthing.
