But why am i still getting notice of disconnection every month. There has surely been a mistake. Therefore, i request you to kindly recheck and update your records and solve this issue. As proof i am attaching april month’s bill payment receipt. I request you to please take this matter seriously and please inform me the reason as soon as possible.
