I have been charged very high bill for the month of june 2017. The unit consumed as per cesc bill 310 unit for the month of june’ 2017 & 132 unit for the month of july’ 2017. The consumer no: [protected] & consumer id: [protected].
My last unit history: 05/17- 53 unit, 04/17-46 unit, 03/17-01 unit, 02/17-0 unit, 01/17-6 unit.
My electronic device: 3 tube light (36w each), 3 ceiling fan, 3 cfl, 1 exauster fan but all of these devices are not running for 24 hr. As we don’t live here regulary, comes for 2-3 days in a month and in summer season for 15-20 days. You may ask about our staying in my building from my landlord and other tenants.
In the billing month i. E. 31/05/2017 to 30/06/2017, we stayed only 4 days in my flat. & for the billing period july’ 2017 we stayed only 6 days. You may ask everyone regarding my staying for the billing period in my locality.
I don't understand how its possible to come such a high amount o[censored]nit 310. Please see my last 2 year unit consumption. You will definitely find that some mistake have been done. Either someone is stealing my meter or meter is not properly working or there may be other reason but we are suffering for last two month because i have to very huge amount which i have not used.
I humbly request that plaase look into this matter as we believe that cesc will take necessary action against this excess bill amount.
