Since one month we are facing problem of voltage fluctuation. I personally logged complaints many times but everyday this problem is being repeated. People from cesc came and still they didnt do anything. They asked us to do whatever we can, because they are not authorised to do anything. No body is taking care of this problem seriously. Due to this reason my wifi router, microwave, induction got affected once and may be cesc is waiting for some more casualties. I don't understand why cesc is not taking initiative to solve this problem and why not giving a permanent solution. We pay bill on time everry month, every formalities we have done according to the rules and regulation laid down by cesc but when it comes to service it's really disappointing us
