I was out of station due to Chhath Puja in Bihar in the month of November 2021. I have complained in this regard several times (Docket No. 32119871 dated 21.12.21, Docket No. 82125714 dated 20.12.2021 and Docket No. 822112 dated 0401.2021). In response to the above, I have received a letter vide SR/317336/[protected]/26 dated 22.12.2021. “Once we get the actual meter reading, any over/under charges that may be incurred in this process for the next month will be automatically adjusted in our subsequent bill.” Mentioned in the said letter.
But still not solved my problem and sent “NOTICE FOR DISCONNECTION”in month of December 2021. A no. provide in the said letter of Mr. Kaushik Chakarborti ([protected]) for resolving this issue. But not response in the said number (Switch off)
That's why I want that complaints against CESC for this like service and harassment of consumers should be filed in the consumer court. than this kind of mistake has be done again and again by CESC. Was this information helpful? |
