Today i was travelling in an ac24 route bus from ballygunge to patuli. The behaviour of the conductor was rude & harsh towards the passengers specially the ladies. Since the bus was coming from howrah so inspite of having a bag full of change he denied to give me a 100 rs change & his language was harsh whereas to get the full fare he gave a 100 rs change to a lady just after me. He behaved badly with another young lady & well as an aged lady. We are regular traveller of this route. Please lodge my complaint against this person since he is damaging the face of bengal. Currently few bus routes are stopped from poor passengers and irregular service of that routes.I request to Sir if all these routes are changed and starts only in office hours, i think that it will be profitable.The routes are written Below:
1:S58:Barrackpore to Korunamoyee
if this routes change in Korunamoyee-Ultodanga-Shyambazar-Dunlop-Sodepur-Madhyamgram-Barasat(TimeMorning:...⇄ 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10 and evening 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7)
2:11:Rathtala to Howrah if this routes changes and the new routes are starts in office hours, the Routes are Rathtala-Dunlop-Shyambazar-Ultodanga-Bypass-Rubi-Airport - Garia(8:30, 9, 9:30, 10 and evening 5, 5:30, 6, , 6:30, 7)
3:S22A:Daghghar to Korunamoyee to change Dakghar to Howrah only on office hours in Morning and Evening as requirements.
4:S12E: Howrah to Ecospace to change in Belurmath to Esplanade in office hours regularly.
I think that all this routes are no Govt bus services now, so please start all this services as early as possible.
