Calicut University — Degree Certificate

Dear Consumer Forum, I am Shreya R Nambiar staying in Delhi. I had passed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Calicut University in 2012. I had applied for degree certificate in 2013. Its been more than a year, I still have not received my degree certificate yet. Lots of many students like me are facing the problem. This is really very irresponsible of the university to delay in sending such important document documents. I really need the certificate to submit in my office and I cannot wait further. University enquiry number seems to be non-functional. As I am in Delhi, I cannot go to University every now and then to request or enquire. Kindly look.into the matter.
