Calicut University — exams not conducted for long time

I was a part time student in B.TECH in Electronics and communication in Govt.Eng.College Thrissur.My course is over but few papers in sixth semester are to be cleared.Uninersity is lagging exams for 1.5 years to conduct exam and for result publication another six months.The June 2013 exam conducted only on november 2014 and result published on april 2015.June 2014 or June 2015 exam not yet called for.We can not wait for another 1.5 years to write the exam.As per rule exam should be conducted in every 6 months.So next exam need to be conducted soon.
