Calicut University — My BSc Degree original certificate not received

I am Shihabunnisa.VP (MRAPSCH008) studied B.Sc Chemistry at MET Arts and science College Nadapuram (Affiliated to Calicut University 2015-18 batch. I had applied for the original degree certificate in Ordinary mode[protected]
. It's been 1 year and 6 months now that I had applied. I complained about this in last month and there is no response from the University regarding the original certificate.I kindly reguest you to do make necessary arrangements for the same 🙏
