I am pension out on 31jan2014 as per my mobile document and sheet roll my wife name is mina mishra but at recived my ppo no. S59020/2013[army] her name has been change that is mina kumari which may be problem in my future.
I have already sumbitted the application to signals record recived on 24jan2014 but their is no response.
Therefore please take necessary action for change my wife name mina kumari to mina mishr.
