Cambay Holidays — Regarding refund | |
Dear Sir, we have booked 2 night package for 5 families. when we reached at 4 o’clock rooms were not ready, however check in time was around 2 o’clock. Only one person was present for services. when we reached to room bed sheet was tore down. Room was totally dirty. Previously we stayed at This hotel but that time we had very good experience but this time this was not expected from CAMBAY GROUP. All five family were doctors from IMA... so we have decided to moved another resort as our families were not ready to live at your resort. So we talked to manager he said he will decide refund later. so i request you to provide justified refund.. thanks in advance.
