Cambay holiday membership is not honoured as the contact details are not valid any more.
My membership was for 10 years, of which one one holiday could be utilised.
Need my membership fees refunded with interest as the company could not fulfil their commitment.

    We booked four rooms for 2 nights at the Udaipur resort.
    We arrived at the hotel around 12pm and inspected the room which was highly disappointing. The room’s appeared to be extremely dirty & unhygienic to live. Nowhere near the standard displayed in the pictures on the website.
    From the cleanliness to the overall condition. no hot water running, bathroom & toilets all with yellow stained, bucket placed in bathroom to take shower (which was also very dirty) taps & showers full stained. Worn off + stained bed sheets & pillow cases which had holes. Room floor had foot marks, dust on window benches, aircon vents + ceiling fan had dust visible, none of them didn’t appeared be in working order. It basically felt very unsafe & unhygienic, worse the the standard hospital room. Advertised as a resort it had, No spa, swimming pool not operating.

    We are here for short break from overseas and it was total shock starting out break in this way.

    When all these were highlighted to the hotel manager there. He spoke to some reservation team & advised the refund will be processed in 48hrs once we send them an email explaining the issues which I did. He also sent me an email stating the same. We then moved to another hotel as Cambay Udaipur booked is not in state to live.

    Its been over a week and we have still not received the refund nor an email from them confirming the timeframe on when this will be processed. We have spoken to the manager couple of times on phone and gotten the answer that he will check & get back to us. However still no results.
    I am here by requesting assistance here for our refund to be processed.

      Dear Sir,

      we have booked 2 night package for 5 families. when we reached at 4 o’clock rooms were not ready, however check in time was around 2 o’clock. Only one person was present for services. when we reached to room bed sheet was tore down. Room was totally dirty. Previously we stayed at This hotel but that time we had very good experience but this time this was not expected from CAMBAY GROUP. All five family were doctors from IMA... so we have decided to moved another resort as our families were not ready to live at your resort. So we talked to manager he said he will decide refund later. so i request you to provide justified refund.. thanks in advance.

        They told us that they will give a refund after completing membership.
        but they didn't yet. we also haven't gone to any place for a holiday on that membership when it was running.
        I have joined and paid Rs. 1, 19, 493 + additional Rs. 25, 245 for Red/studio Membership.
        I have given proof of that in the image.

          I and my family were invited by cambay holidays and neesa group in a hotel for a presentation, on 27th sep 2019 vadodara, for which they offered a 3 day free holiday pakage and dinner.
          After a discussion of 90 minutes about their properties and offers, they offered me a nh10 package of 10 yrs membership that cost around 1 lakh, with 2 free international flight tickets and 7 nights 8 days every year free stay in india and abroad, with 15000 inr charge for abroad stay as taxes.along with many other offers...
          They wanted me to pay the amount at the same moment which i did not agree.
          The executive mr.divyesh, called his boss, mr harshil many times for confirming the offers he was giving me.
          Later he made me pay 15000 rs and remaining amount will be paid as emi with 0%interest.
          I fell in the fraudsters talk..and paid 15000 by my credit card...
          Later, when i researched and discussed with friends and family, i came to know that i should not trust such people, so immediately i called mr divyesh for the cancellation.
          He tried to convince me a lot, but i wanted to discontinue. after a lot of discussion, he agreed.
          I got a mail of cancellation and asking me to send me the bank account where the money had to be refunded, i did the same...
          Its 2 months for now, ...till date i am waiting for their reply and even after calling the customer care, i have not received any mail nor my money back.
          Customer care lady says, she has forwarded my complain, if they dont reply, what can she do...
          Mr divyesh is still making false promises that my money will be refunded...
          Mr harshil is not at all picking up my phone...
          They are fraudsters...and dont want to refund my hard earned money..
          I want my money back..

            I got a call from country holiday to attend 2 hours of session in which they were providing free movie tickets and hotel vouchers.
            I attended that session with my wife and there they offered a complete holiday packege of 5 lacs and said that i will have to deposit this amount in full at same time only.
            This package involved 10 years of free stay in country in hotels any time. 12 times in one year.
            I refused to pay and said i have no idea about services so first i will verify then i will pay if i want this holiday package.

            So they gave me vouchers of movies and hotel and said i need to inform them in advance if i want to book anything like movie ticket or hotel.

            I notified them 2 weeks ago for movie ticket and every time i got same reply just before one day before movie that please provide another date.
            This mail chain is going on from last 3 months and still going on.
            The funny thing is movie changed, provided new movie name and same reply.
            Awesome thing heppened when they said this time surely they will book and then the day came when i got the same reply.
            Now i wonder if this mail chain can go for more than 1 year. That would be interesting though :)

            Please don't go to any country holidays packages or country in packages. They will take your money and you will not be able to book anything because they will only say one thing that booking is not available and that only one day before.

            So please avoid.

              I availed luxury hotel package from cube holidays on 06th january 2017. The representative approached me and convinced me for luxury hotel booking package. I availed two packages through online payment of rs. 10405 & rs. 9900. I approached cube holidays to utilize this package on 12th july 2017, to book my hotel as per these packages. They keep procrastinating the hotel booking even after my reminders through emails & phone calls. Finally they did not book any hotel for me for given dates.

                [protected] MOHIT JAIN he is top cheater and also no [protected] involved in this cheating case . They called me for issuing dell laptop, for that he said an amt of rs 4999/-. once the transaction amt is submitted he is again asking for the same.

                Please take a quick action against him. He is one of those cheater due to these type of crimes/ cheating cases many people are avoiding digital utilities.

                Mohit Jain is frauded a huge amt of transaction like per person around[protected]. Please take a appropriate action against him.

                  we have become member of cambay holidays & resorts from 01/07/2011 after paying full amount with membership no. cfh[protected] name nitish ruia but we have not received any mode for booking of holidays i.e. r.c.i. membership which according to cambay holidays is must in point system booking.i cannot make any booking in spite of making full payment way back 7 months back.we were given assurance by khalid sir,manager in surat office that we would get rci no.in 60 days but till date we not received any confirmation from rci for their membership.we have complaint to them many time but it seems we are complaining to deaf ears as no action is taken by them.they are always mentioning that it is not in their hands & have to talk at head office at ahmedabad.we have many times interacted with their head office with zarna madam,but they too are not giving proper solution.sir,please help me how to proceed with such a company which are serving in hospitality industry & still they are treating their members like beggars,where we have made full payment way back (7 months back) & still could not enjoy our vacation for which we are fully entitled.we are planing to take legal action and get back our money back with interest as it seems doubtful for services for 25 years membership where they are not able to satisfy their customer from the very beginning of relation.pl kindly solve our problem & give us proper direction to proceed.

                        If you ammused by the cambay resorts Ahemdabad and think of going and staying with them in GOA then this is to CAUTION yourself.

                        CAMBAY GOA - Well placed resort near Kandolim beach with WORST HOSPITALITY. IF YOU THINK of ESCALATING THIS TO MANAGER OF HOTEL THEN YOU WILL BE SHOCKED THAT HE IS EVEN WORST AND HAS NO COURTSEY AND QUALIFICATION TO BE AT THAT POSITION.

                        Cambay always shows off for their F&B and in GOA THEY ARE THE WORST.They understand whether the FOOD CAN BE EXTRA SPICY or FOOD CAN BE SWEET.
                        There is no categoy between the 2.

                        CAMBAY will charge for Buffet breakfast and lunch as if they are providing you 5 STAR amentities but when you see the buffet its so sorry .They delay in re-filling so that guests get agitated and leave.

                        MANAGER has no response and says that GUEST EAT A LOT and we have to control them like this.

                        GUJRATI's are known for their hospitality but STAFF APPOINTED BY CAMBAY IN GOA is an exception and they feel proud in saying that we are like that.

                        DO what ever you want to do we have been appointed by CAMBAY and nothing can happen to us.

                        WARNING- Please don't get carried away with property , it is the people who will serve you and make your stay enjoyable. Its not there in CAMBAY.

                        CAMBAY GOA STAFF curses the SALES STAFF and everyone but cannot change their attitude.

                        Cambay Goa - enjoyable vacation

                        " Its a big misperception for Cambay Goa resort. We had visited there in holidays and found the services and resort excellent. The food was pretty good giving a taste of all dishes of India. "
                        Hi I am Sanjog, recently we had a visit to Goa cambay. Yes i do agree that the staffs are not professinal and hospitality is also not so great compared to Jaipur kukas.

                        This is a leased property of cambay and not so bad experience.
                        I still recommend to have a visit to goa, if you are okay with medium response...

                          I was working with Cambay holidays, I left the company last year due to some issues. I was promissed that i would be getting my salary within 45 days but its been more than 3 months now and i have still not received any money. When spoken with HR head in mumbai Ms Shenaz she is not willling to cooperate. She does not even answer the call.

                          Cambay is a fraud company it dosent even leave its employees when it comes to fraud.

                          We all need to take action against them

                          i had been the employee of company for around 8-9 months as an holiday consultant at surat branch but i resigned becoz they are nt giving incentives but nw after resigning as per the company rules & regulations before 7 days, they are not paying even my salary of december-january so plz revert me back what to do as i am facing money crisis...

                          This is the basic and routine problem of this group. this company is full with cheeters people. the owner and chaiman is the leader of this cheeter group - MAIN CHEETER THE BOSS, who appoint him as a metro cheif, even i have doubt about him - EX IAS
                          Do you believe this cheeter group and that cheeter chairman shall help you and paid the outstandings..., you should goahead and send them a notice by lawyer. wake up brother and do the same. we all are with you.

                            Cambay Holidays - It seems is a centre of Cheating people and collecting money by making false promises .

                            I was invited to Cambay Holidays Office on 6th Sep'09 at Noida for collecting the free holiday package coupon as per the results of Lucky Draw taken out by the Company. Instead of offering free coupon, they started explaining about the offerings of the Cambay Holiday Packages. It was told that
                            - I can avail 10 yrs membership by giving Rs 15683 as advance and balance can be given in EMIs
                            - EMIs will start once I have availed 6 days holidays package at any of their resorts and am satisfied with their service .
                            - In addition, I would be given membership of Sterling Gymkhana Club , Greater Noida ( they made this False Promise to lure me, as They knew I reside in Greater Noida )
                            - I was promised to be refunded Rs 3000 after 30 days ( as part of their promotional discount )

                            I came across the actual facts to my dismay much later when the member ship letter was received after around 2 months that too after lot of follow - ups and phone calls.
                            The membership letter mentioned the holidays package only for 3 days and the main attraction of Gymkhana Club Membership as offer was not provided.
                            On enquiring from the office. I was told they don't have any arrangement with Gymkhana Club and the best they can offer is 3 days holiday package ( CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF MONEY IS RULED OUT )

                            The company has also now started not responding to my mails for the cancellation of membership and refund of the money. It clearly shows that the intentions of the Cambay Holidays to make members and providing good service in the long run are not bonafide.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have withdrawn Cambay Holidays Membership in AUG 09, I am no more member of CAmbay Holidays, even then They Keep Deducting my ECS. What A shame on the organisation. No official of cambay holiday ever feeling guilty of it. Even after 02 months they have not refunded my amount inspite of assurance from Mumbai Branch Head.

                              This co. i.e. cambay holidays is a real fraud. I am also faceing same difficulties as other people on this site.i will soon lodge a complaint against them in consumer court.
                              we had paid sum of Rs.15768 (Application Sl No:002669 ) towards one year trial membership on 24/07/09 in which we were also promised membership of Stellar Gymkhana, Greater Noida.We were dealt with Ms Dibya Rana ( Sales Manager) and Bhawna at Cambay Noida office in Sab Mall who sold us this membership.

                              Since Cambay has no such tie up with Stellar Gymkhana, we feel cheated and duped. We therefore want Cambay to refund the above amount paid by us. In this regard we visited Sab mall Noida on 15/11/09 and handed over the refund / cancellation request to Mr.Inder Arora, venue incharge.

                              Despite more than a month since then we are yet to hear from Cambay. We have not availed any holidays from Cambay and will not be availing the same in the future.

                              I am filing a police case against the company, so any one who has been duped by the company can send in their details on [protected]@gmail.com within this week

                                In the context of the above subject, I want to bring the following facts to consider while opting for Cambay Holidays and vacations.
                                1. My family was invited for the presentation by the Cambay Family by your representative Ms. Snehal.
                                2 After an hour presentation of their offerings given by Snehal and Mr. Deepak Kapoor, I was initially not interested as I am not the person who goes for holidays frequently. But other offerings like selling the one week was attractive, which made me to get this membership. I was told that, I can sell seven days for Rs. 21000/=. After a long discussion, I opted the membership of one year initially with 21 more days, with option to sell my week during prime time.
                                3. I paid Rs. 3000 initially and given the post dated cheque of amount Rs 9,879/= that was collected by Mr. Deepak Kapoor and Ms. Snehal from my residence.
                                4. I was waiting for the membership cards and other documents from your side which was expected after the 15 days of the complete payment. Since It was delayed, I visited at your Vashi, RaghuLeela Office for the reason. There I came to know, that Mr. Deepak Kapoor is thrown out of the company on making wrong promises. Whatever was discussed and shown was fake. 5. Based on that day talk, I requested Mr. Kalpesh, Person handling the complaints, for the cancellation of membership and refund of my paid amount. On view of that I had submitted one application in writing.
                                6. Mr. kalpesh told me that similar type of complaints are there from other clients, which he will communicate and resolve within one week.
                                7. After lots of correspondence with Kalpesh no results was shown. Finally He gave me the tollfree number [protected] of Gandhinagar and Contact Person was Ms. Sushmita.
                                8. After a lot of try, i spoke to Ms. Sushmita, who bluntly said no refund can be made as per company policy. Maximum 4 days & 3 nights can be given.
                                On Purchase of 1 week and 21 days extra for same amount Rs 12879, they can only give me 4 days and 3 nights. This is Cambay, This is their Service and this is what is fraud. So, I personally request U all to not believe these crooks and never became their victim.

                                  I feeling so sad to say about Cambay holidays in New Mumbai which engaged in business of cheating the people,I I had submitted the letter for withdrawl of memebership due to very poor service on 23 Aug 09. I got the same on their letter head on 313 Sep 09. Inspite I am no more member still they keep deducting the ECS amount Rs 2557 from my account on 10 Oct 09.It is pure cheating. I found in due course it is compay who has no values and ethchs, they only engage customer just fri money.

                                  I joined with cambay holidays in end of month may. i paid total payment for membership but they did not reply or send me nothing for membership. In end of week July when i inquired then they send me few papers not a membership card or any other confirmation letter they send it only one magazine, which one is always on their desk. Once again I called after 2 days, them then they reply very rough way, one of the lady said that you will get documents within 3 days. Now i don't want this typ[e of membership and i need my money back because after 2 months they don't want to give me service then how can i get service upto 25 years. So I need my money back.

                                    I have paid Rs 12808 against one year member ship with cambay holidays on 8-Aug-2009, and the offer includes a 6 night seven days stay in any of the cambays properties across India , till date have not received any member ship information , when contacted the local noida office they gave all sort of excuses. So i send an email to the official id of cambay ([protected]@cambayholidays.com), and got the information that was rather shocking .
                                    it stays that there is no such package with cambay and according to their data base i was put in to a 10 years membership for a total cost of around a lakh .
                                    also i was been informed that as a promotional offer i would be refunded Rs 9000 with in 30 to 45 days , but when contacted local noida office and also the head office in gandhi nagar this also turned out to be a false promise ,
                                    apart from this cambay also disregarded my request for booking for a holiday .
                                    even after contacting cambay head office in gandhinagar via phone and email numerious times Ihave not got any response what so ever .

                                    My understanding is that if you have paid for something and you are not getting any services then the membership can be cancelled and money should be refunded , but cambay if not willing for that as wll.

                                    we had paid sum of Rs.15768 (Application Sl No:002669 ) towards one year trial membership on 24/07/09 in which we were also promised membership of Stellar Gymkhana, Greater Noida.We were dealt with Ms Dibya Rana ( Sales Manager) and Bhawna at Cambay Noida office in Sab Mall who sold us this membership.

                                    Since Cambay has no such tie up with Stellar Gymkhana, we feel cheated and duped. We therefore want Cambay to refund the above amount paid by us. In this regard we visited Sab mall Noida on 15/11/09 and handed over the refund / cancellation request to Mr.Inder Arora, venue incharge.

                                    Despite more than a month since then we are yet to hear from Cambay. We have not availed any holidays from Cambay and will not be availing the same in the future.

                                    I am filing a police case against the company, so any one who has been duped by the company can send in their details on [protected]@gmail.com within this week

                                      I visited "Cambay Holidays" noida office on 31st March 2009 as cambays represantative

                                      informed that you get a lucky draw, please come to our office and collect it.
                                      In that office they showed me their presentation and I am agreed to purchase "25 yr.

                                      1-bedroom Red" membership in 1, 75, 541 rs. (I have the document, on which they offer).
                                      I recieved the membership document on 18-May-2009 by DTDC. In which they mentioned my

                                      membership as "25 yr.1-bedroom Blue". I informed them that you sell me "25 yr. 1-bedroom

                                      Red" membership while document is saying something else. Mr. Deep, there noida branch

                                      manager told me he will talk to co-office and it will be corrected in 1-2 week. I also

                                      logged a written complaint on 18-May-09 only. After calling mr. deep every time nothing

                                      happen next one month. Then I talked to Mr. Shibu Geroge (Mr. Deep's Mgr) and showd them the

                                      documents used by cambay sales to sell me "1-bedroom Red" membership. He was convinced and

                                      told me it is fault from their team and your money will return. Nothing happen to next 15

                                      days.
                                      After that I talk to their CRD manager Ms. Prity and after running 10 days Cambay is forcing

                                      me puchase "10 yr. 1-bedroom Red" membership in place of "25 yr. 1-bedroom Red" membership.

                                      I don't want 10 yr membership as it was not the product I convince to purchase.
                                      Now I am saying please return my money but Cambay is saying -
                                      -----"As discussed we can offer you Red stu membership of 10 years on the same price i.e.

                                      175541. We would also like to inform you that this is the best option we can offer you.

                                      While discussing, you had shown disinterest towards continuation of the membership. We

                                      regret to inform you that we can not entertain withdrawal of membership after the period

                                      stipulated in the terms and conditions of the membership application form i.e. 10 days from

                                      the date of agreement.
                                      In view of the large amount you stand to loose, we once again urge you to reconsider your

                                      decision on withdrawal of the membership." --------

                                      As this is Cambay sales person's fault, company can't forfit my money.

                                        Arround two months back I had gone to Cambay Holidays sales office in NOIDA.
                                        I was called by making a false call saying that its for some gift prize by Airtel on lucky draw basis.

                                        When reached there I found its not Airtel its Cambay.
                                        There they taken my time like anything saying only 60 minutes to demonstrate features of Cambay.
                                        And as per one of the staff there it was all on my wish to continue further or not.
                                        But when I tried to come out they all sourrounded us forced to go ahead with the membership.
                                        After a long and hard discussion the centre head told that ok you just sign on a voucher where some code needs to be given by you (me i.e.Rajiv Ranjan Giri) to finally withdraw a money of arround Rs.36, 000. For that I told if I am not interested why you are forcing me but he given me all the assurance and his job compulsion.
                                        At the end I signed the voucher and when I enquired my bank to stop payment for any such request, I found that the payment is already released on behalf of my signature. I was socked as I have not provided any code to the bank or to Cambay as per the sales represantative word.

                                        I than raise a written complaint against him where he signed on the copy saying yes I have made a false commitment. But still after a long discussion with the management they hold my money for more than one month and when they given it back it was some deducted amount.

                                        I am surprised that if somebody is making false commitment, forcing someone with his 3-4 members and at the end he signed on written note accepting everything. Than still its the customer who is paying from his pocket?

                                        I have all the written papers. I hope I can claim against the mental torture and time wastage alongwith the deducted money without any strong reason.

                                        There are lots of complaints over Cambay and especially the NOIDA office, and Varun Kalra.
                                        I am posting the complaints that appear on another webpage. I have myself written a grievance on that page. We should all get together and get united. We need to lodge an FIR against Cambay Holidays. Whatever they are doing is the height of fraud. They should be booked under 420.
                                        Please call up the numbers given below and get in touch with the affected people. It is better to talk over phone rather than let fake people from Cambay join a group among us on internet.


                                        Cambay Holidays is a fraud company

                                        I, Ashish Dhawan was invited by the telecalling agents of Cambay holidays to collect a free holiday gift voucher. I had visited their noida office with my family on 4th july. There instead of giving me the free voucher they started to advertise about the comapny's various offers. Even after I insisted that I am not interested in any kind of membership they kept on offering me with lucrative offers. Finally I and my wife agreed to their offer of one year membership which they said would cost us Rs. 12878/- out of which we will receive a cash back of Rs. 8000/- within 30 days. The membership included a seven days holiday anywhere in India for four adults and two kids. it also included access to the cambay clubs throughout the year.

                                        I was shocked after receiving the documents of the membership by post. It said that the membership is for 10 years and I will have to pay Rs. 101000/- and only after paying this amount I would receive a cash back of Rs. 8000/-. The document read that the membership is only for two adults and kids instead of four adults that was promised. It didnot mention anything about the cambay clubs membership.

                                        After receiving the documents I called them up and also gave a complaint on mail, but they didnot reply back. After calling them after a week of written complaint they denied to give the cash back with very harsh words and also embarassed me on taking their membership. They also are not ready to cancel the membership and pay back the entire amount.

                                        I am extremely depressed by their response and would seek consumer courts help to get my hard earned money back.

He said we will get a cash back of 8000, but after chasing them for 2 months i wrote to the company and the company told me that we will only get a cash back if we will give them some active references. Which was shocking. varun Kalra took my signature by fraud on a 12878 rs receipt, and after 2 months i got a 2500 rs eni charge on my credit card.

                                        i went back to their manager DEV SHARMA, but he told me that varun was caught in a fraud and they fired him, and i should wait for my money. But the next day it seemed that this guy Dev Sharma was even a bigger cheat, and Varun kalra is still in the company. they are all frauds, and the whole management supports them. they just make you many delightful promises, and get your signatures on some initial papers, and you are trapped.

                                        We will all have to gather and do something about these guys as these kind of people are like cancer in our society and they should be stopped urgently.

                                        Varun Kalra needs to be arrested for fraud

                                        Varun Kalra from the NOIDA office of Cambay Holidays in Sab Mall, is the biggest con-man/bluffmaster/fraudster that I have seen till now. I agree fully with Mr. Nadeem Khan above where he says Varun Kalra is the biggest cheater and needs to be behind bars. I have talked to Mr. Nadeem Khan over phone as well.
                                        He is committing crime daily
                                        1. He asks for ID card first. When you say you don't have it, he says can I have credit card. You show it to him. He snatches it, and leaves immediately. He comes back with two charge slip. One is normal charge slip of 12, 878 and the other has the card number embossed on it. You ask him why did you swipe the card without my permission and behind my back and he says - "Sir paise lene mein hum der nahin karte hahahahaha". You ask him what is this other slip where you have embossed by card and he says - "Sir it is same as your Rs. 12, 878 payment". Actually this thing is for the EMI of Rs. 1, 00, 000 payment for the 10 year membership that will start automatically on you credit card.
                                        2. He makes a lot of false promises that amount to cheating (420). First that we will get a refund of Rs. 8, 000 along with a stay for 6 nights at any 5 star hotel without any charge or taxes. He mentions a lot of destinations in a way that seem like someone saying names of dishes at a dhaba. The offer seems very lucrative. Only after he has swiped your card will he tell you about the real thing and that too only if you ask him in detail about each thing. You will get the discount of Rs.8000 after 45 days. He makes a false claim that you do not need to pay Rs. 1, 00, 000 before the company gives you the discount. He says he is giving references in your name. He says the EMI will not start automatically and the company will call you before they start the EMI.

                                        All of this is untrue. You will get the Rs. 8000 discount only if pay them the 1, 00, 000 along with two new references who should also become a member.The EMI for Rs. 1, 00, 000 will also start automatically.
                                        Remember the slip where the card was embossed and the hurry in which Varun Kalra got your signatures here and there and everywhere.
                                        All this is horrific. They are getting members really fast. Besides me I saw two new members within an hour when I went there. They are cheating people. And it is coming out in the open.
                                        In the end Varun Kalra will simply say to you Sir, please cancel your card and file a dispute with the credit card. May be you will get back your first EMI of Rs. 2600. Sir, Forget the Rs. 12, 878. You cannot get it back.
                                        If you get agitated he will insult you and throw you out saying - "Jo karna hai kar le"
                                        This guy needs to be taught a lesson.
                                        I am sure he cannot do all this independently without the complicity of his managers. The NOIDA manager once said to a person that Varun has been fired because he was accused in fraud, while Varun was actually working in the office. This implies the manager (Deep) is also involved deeply.
                                        I think the company knows about this person and has received complaints. They are working to sort out the matter. I could see that regional managers are scrutinizing the NOIDA office.
                                        But this company needs to do a lot of damage control if it wants to keep a good name in the market.
                                        People like Varun Kalra will take down the reputation of company if the company is trying to build one.
                                        We must all get united and find out people who have been cheated by Varun Kalra. These guys should not go scott free and continue to cheat people.
                                        Even if we have lost our money let us stop these guys from cheating any more innocent people and robbing them of their hard earned money.

                                        Cambay Holidays is taking notice of this page as well. They called up people who have complained on this forum.
                                        They are also trying to put in fake people on this page. One of them going by the name of Simran Sharma, writes "Cambay is the best holiday planner" This is in response to Ashish Dhawan's original complaint. Simran Sharma, which branch of Cambay Holidays do you work in? NOIDA or Gandhinagar? Could you please post your contact information, email or phone?
                                        Varun Kalra's parents should be ashamed that they brought up such a char sau bees. Varun's parents did not care to give him values. On the contrary they would be quite happy that there son was cheating so many people and brought back the money.
                                        God knows how a civil society can survive with such people like Varun Kalra. He is a criminal and a menace to the society and should be made to be in community service for at least 5 years in some a remote village, so that he learns some values that his parents did not care to provide him.

                                        Varun Kalra has committed many crimes

                                        He completely misguides and brainwashes people by telling them that they are not actually taking up a complete membership. He tells that you pay Rs. 12, 878 and then try out the services by taking a stay for 6 days in any place among the so many places he mentions. If you do not wish to continue further it is completely fine. He says Cambay people would contact you to make you a "full" member. What you are taking is just a trial.
                                        The innocent customer sees reason in his arguments. That is because he is not making any payment any more that 12, 878. He could stay in the 5 star hotel and then not make any further payment. Varun Kalra lies that the customer will get back Rs. 8000 as well. This makes it a very lucrative offer. 6 days in a five star hotel, anywhere, only in Rs. 4, 878 net!
                                        The customer asks for each confirmation, insists that things are in writing and the Cambay staff led by Varun Kalra gives each assurance. They completely convince the customer of their lies.
                                        Meanwhile the customer is still thinking "I haven't made any payment. Let this proceed. I will check the things before I make the payment."
                                        But suddenly they will all together fool the customer. They have all been trained to enact this drama. Varun Kalra asks for credit card just for ID, or for any other excuse, like verification. He snatches the card, and the other person starts talking to you. Varun Kalra comes back after swiping the card for 12, 878 and also for the EMI.
                                        Besides the initial misguiding by lies, this one is the second crime that he has done.
                                        He has not taken permission for swiping the card from you, he did not tell you he is swiping your card and he swipes it behind your back.
                                        The customer is just too shocked to react. Some customers fight back and yell, how dare you swipe the card. Refund it immediately. Some customers get even more confused and more under pressure. Varun Kalra has already taken your money. Money is gone from your side, what choice do you have?
                                        Varun Kalra simply says this cannot be refunded, money has already gone. If you still insist, the best that can happen is that you can now cancel this and the company will send you the refund. To a customer called Santosh, this exactly happened. Varun got him into his web. You ask for cancellation form and Varun gives you the membership form. You shout at him, and he says that this is how the things work. You are getting deeper and deeper into his con.
                                        Even if you do not react immediately as in most cases you are still thinking that there is no use fighting. You cannot get back money like that. Only way open is through putting your point across in a nice manner. You are still hoping that this person is working in a corporate, the office is in Sab mall, the person would be having some scruples atleast. And Varun Kalra is giving you all the fake assurances, all the fake promises o[censored]nending service and affection.
                                        Varun takes your sign here and there again lying about everything. He misleads you completely. He says he is taking you in the right direction when it is actually the worst that he would be doing to you.
                                        You will ask him about the slip on which your credit card is embossed. This seems to be a very outdated system. He is already taking your signatures on an electronic charge slip. He will lie to you it is the same as Rs. 12, 878 and that he has to do the other thing as well for the official process.
                                        You do not realize that you are authorizing for the EMI to start for the payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000. You are actually becoming a full member, and all what Varun Kalra has said till now is crap. Even if you read the slip of credit card embossed, you will not see the Rs. 1, 00, 000 being mentioned.
                                        Varun Kalra does forgery on all these documents later to start the EMI. You have now paid Rs. 1, 00, 000 (through EMI in future) and Rs. 12, 878 (already paid) and you do not even know.
                                        They will take your sign everywhere and you have no choice because you have already paid. Either you are under too much pressure or you are also under too much feel good, brainwashed into you by all these people with their false promises.
                                        Most people will not realize until it is too late. The exit plan has been hidden from you. It is only until first 10 days that you can cancel your membership.
                                        They will not give you any documents at the Sab Mall office to carry back. You will not know anything.
                                        The 10 days will be over and you have no way out. You keep calling everybody at Cambay and they will not cooperate at all. You will keep hitting ad your head against a wall.

                                        Yesterday on 26 September 2009, a group of people who had been cheated by Cambay Holidays, NOIDA got together and complained to the police about Varun Kalra and Deep Sharma.

                                        We as a group, went to the Police station near Great India Place. The Inspector listened to our grievances and immediately called up Varun Kalra. He said come here in 5 minutes or I am coming down to your office.

                                        Varun Kalra, Deep Sharma and Shibu George immediately came over to the police station.
                                        They tried to dodge the situation. They thought that there cheating game plan/fraud /forgery is very well planned and that they can get away with it.
                                        Varun was trembling when the inspector told him the facts plainly.
                                        We came to know there are 250 cases pending about this fraud.

                                        Remember how Varun Kalra the cheat will get the card out of customer and swipe it without taking permission. He will ask the customer for the card on the pretext of ID, or for verification or to just check the card if it will work, or he will say show me the card, let me see if there is some offer on it etc. or any other reasoning.
                                        Then he will swipe the card immediately.
                                        He is a thief, a thug and a criminal.

                                        Let us grow our group. If we go alone these guys have already planned they will say to you, that you have signed yourself, you have given payment.
                                        But when we go as a group and complain to Police/Consumer court or Criminal/Other court then it is clear that Cambay holidays is robbing us. How is everybody making the same mistake?
                                        Consumers are not making mistake. It is Varun Kalra and his group of conmen, his managers who are doing fraud and forgery.

                                        Do you know these guys are expert in forgery. They start the EMI without your approval.

                                        In some cases where people have actually given written letters of cancellation, they have forged those documents as well. Suppose the person has put a date of 5, these guys will make it 25.

                                        Luck has now run out for them. The law will get to the collar of these guys.

                                        We should try to bring these people to book, by doing whatever we can.
                                        There are many many options still open for us.
                                        Just keep fightning against these cheats.
                                        They will try whatever they have in their book. They will try again those psychological tactics. Like they will make you insecure that we will not give your money especially. They will think that this way you can be broken in willpower. They might try to frustrate you, or they might keep giving you a tough time by sweet talks and more false promises.

                                        But this time keep everything in writing. Write down you discussion and get their acknowledgement.
                                        Insist on written documents.

                                        Let us start a few complaints in the consumer court, media, police.

                                        We need to launch a drive against these people sitting in Sab Mall and duping the innocent people, swiping their credit cards without their permission, forging documents, making false promises and brainwashing people.

                                        Important thing is to make a large group, because there are many who are in the same boat as us. We need to get in touch and then approach the law enforcing agencies.
                                        If we fight alone we are hitting our head against a wall.
                                        But by fighting together we show to the world the scam that these guys are doing.

                                        I also have been going through this mantel harassment, i was also been given a similar offer as to Mr Ashish Dhwan, after two months when i contacted cambay noida office I realized that there is something very wrong happening over there,
                                        I wrote a complain to the cambays's customer care ([protected]@cambayholidays.com), but there was no replay,
                                        apart from dishonoring the promised cash back of Rs 9000 they are also not willing to go for booking that i requested,
                                        if you guys are planing for some leagl action or other wise please let me know

                                        Today I've got the similar call that I have won a lucky prize of 3D 2N stay with my faamily worth Rs 35000 and he invited me to attend a get together at cambay office at Ist floor shop no. 29-30 Sab mall, Atta Market Noida.
                                        Some Mr. Naresh called me from Landline No.[protected]. when i asked he sent me his mobile no. [protected].

                                        I am also amongst one of the victim of Cambay Holidays. I was also been given the similar offer like you people.

                                        a) I was offered by Himanshu and Varun that if I purchase an offer of 7 days holidays by paying 12, 878 rupees through credit card will get back 9878.00 rupees within 30 to 45 days.

                                        b) Unfortunately despite getting this amount I again had been charged 2567.00 rupees on my credit card on 15-Sep-09 without any standing instructions. That card I blocked immediately.
                                        When I approached himanshu regarding my above concerns he asked me a blank cancelled cheque to refund all my amount of 12, 445 rupees by Cambay.

                                        After Himanshu’s resignation when I met Deep I was informed about being cheated by Himanshu. I blocked that cheque immediately.

                                        This Company is totally a fraud company. Government should take actions against it.

                                        We had a weekend outing to Cambay Spa & Golf Resort, Gandhinagar. It was a splendid mini vacation. The room was awesome and it was facilitated with all the required amenities. The Gym there is quite big and well-equipped with all the machines. Food Court has a lottt lott varieties of delicious food items. Really we ate utmost all types of food dishes. The surroundings are so lovely that we weren't wanting to come back from there.

                                        Many Thanks to Cambay Resort for making our stay comfortable and make us feel like home.
                                        Cambay Holiday was an unforgettable experience

                                        I had a small vacation with my friends at Cambay Grand, Ahmedabad. We were served with delicious food and the beverages were quite coooollll. This hotel has excellent facilities. The room in which we stayed was superb and services were also up-to-mark. It was a warm welcome which we enjoyed to the fullest.

                                        Thank You Cambay for all that you provided us with. We would surely like to visit again in near future for a longer stay.

                                        I disagree with you. I had visited Cambay Grand, Ahmedabad with my family. We all enjoyed there very much. The room had all the necessary plush amenities and the restaurant had all types of food Continental, Mexican, Indian which we enjoyed and gulped a lot. Spa there is having ultimate ambience and the Winter Garden having amoeba shaped pool was the best place for relaxation. Thank you Cambay for such a wonderful vacation.

                                        Be careful and cautious in dealing with the most unprofessional Company such as Cambay Holidays.
                                        They will cheat you.

                                        Cambay has cheated many customers. Once Cheated, cambay will not respond.

                                        This needs to be take up very seriously.

                                        I have booked up Malaysia Trip package withe Mr Raman Malhora, Ms Sneha Joseph & Mr. Naved Khan from "wish my Holidays", Delhi in may 2010. I have booked through Ms. Hardi Oza who is an agent of thee "wish my Holidays, Ahmadabad.

                                        After paying thee amount of 31000 for stay. They have done fraud to us by saying that one accident took place and director and other one employee is dead.(Its not true also)

                                        I have followed up withe HR team and other employees of thee company and they promise to deliver my trip facilities to us as per planning (29the June 2010) OR will refund thee amount but all of sudden they say it is not possible.

                                        They are simply telling lie and they drag this matter from so many months. May 2010 till date.

                                        I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THEIR ARE SO MANY OTHER COMPLAINS AGAINST THE SAME "COMPANY & SAME "PEOPLE".

                                        Please help me out to get thee refund amount from Wish my holidays, Delhi.
