Sir,
I have sent a mail to close my loan account to your Gachibowli, Hyderabad office on 8th October 2021 asking details of balance amount to close my account and on the same day I have transferred rs 100000 to my home loan account of[protected] . As I have not received any response to my mail, yesterday I visited gachibowli branch for closure of my account . After interacting with manager I came to know that I have already made excess payment to my home loan . Hence I request you to refund the excess payment made by me at the earliest and close my loan account.
An early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

    Not providing foreclosure letter and my property original documents

    Due to miss communication of bank associate and not giving a correct information and mis guide the customer I have transferred my loan in other bank. And I went to office of CANFIN homes in nehru place branch new delhi for foreclosure so that my other bank pay the money and associate name geeta has told me the foreclosure letter given period is 45 days I have applied by mail and contact also but after two months they have...

    Not Providing Pre closure letter

    Address: CFIL,basavangudi,head office

    This is to bring that Canfin is not providing me the pre-closure letter as I am following with them for 3 months. I am really frustrated.

    I have contacted the head office in Basavangaudi, they are not responding properly

    They don't take the phone call also.

    Dear Sir,

    I have applied for a home loan with an amount of 30, 00, 000 rupees with account number[protected] in your bank.
    Today I have received a message that 1, 76, 000 rupees were deducted from this loan account and given to the builder without my permission.

    This is an amenities amount and the builder did not provide any amenities to me. A verification happened from your bank side, but that guy did not visit my flat and cross checked with me about this.

    Here I am requesting you to return back my amount of 1, 76, 000 rupees (or) you can take care of providing all these amenities promised by the builder.

        Dear Grievance Team,

        As I have submitted the Loan Closure letter on 12-Aug-2021 and after that I have not received any call from your side.

        I have my funds ready to close the loan and I am waiting for your approval to close the loan before imposing EMI next month.

        Could you please look into this and do the needful.

              Dear Team,
              I am Applying Home loan ( Rs 38Lacs ) or my home Loan account no[protected] .we received home loan disbursement as 26 July 2021.and set up EMI date is every month as on 5th. *But we received the call pay interest on this month rs 15000/. As per calculation per day 780.8219 *9=7027.3971(disbursement date to EMI date interest). And they are giving the disbursement cheque hand written.its a fraud.why should pay extra interest ? Without receiving the amount?.
              Kindly correct the interest amount and process the request as soon as possible. Regards

                Dear Sir
                I would like to close my Loan Account which was held at Kukatpally Canfin for which I requested a letter of out standing on 8/06/2021.
                But still now i did not receive any update regarding the same. While contacting Branch Mr Bhaskar and Vittal are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Still now I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to delay if Buyer fails to purchase property who will bear my financial losses.Baskar and Vital gave the Banglore number and mail id.They were not lift the phone. I was sent 20 mails to banglore greiveance but no response. Nobody listen my problem in Hyderabad branch. I am working woman I couldn't handle this type of people. Please help on this.                   Https://canfinonline.in/Reportp age.aspx is not working, we want to know what is going in the account. I think something is going on. I saw statements before 2019, now there is no option for statement info.

                  please give permission to see statements info, Principal amount, due amount .

                    My home loan account number[protected], which was sanctioned under fix loan scheme (FLS) has to repay in 180 emi rs 6086/_ calculated with the fix rate of interest 9%. Bank is demanding more rs 200000/- as interst, while I had paid regular emi.

                      Mandate reference number issued to Canfin homes with value 50000 and frequency monthly is accepted for the account number.

                      Recently I have taken home loan worth Rs 2100000 for 15 years, EMI will be around 19000.

                      However, the mandate given to my salary account is of Rs 50000

                        Hi,

                        My Home Loan account no. is[protected].

                        This month I am failed to maintain my home loan amount to my bank and emi bounced due to Can fin homes aligned the cheque at 12th Apr 2021 instead of my actual due date 10th of every month. When I contact to customer care they refused to waive off the bounce charge and ask me to paid this extra bounce charge Rs.885/-.

                        I have always paid my all emi on time and this is first time when emi is not paid due to just Rs.66/- short in full amount.

                        Please help me here and support.

                                I also visited the branch office in basavanagudi there was no proper support

                                    We have taken DD and submitting to the bank they not taken his trying to make another EMI amount not given the pre clousre letter am requesting almost 15days back till now nothing has come dont go to can fin homes..
