My housing loan number[protected] and I cleared my Loan in the month of Dec 2021. Till now I haven't received my original documents for the bank.
When I sent an email, I got a response that they will not be able to give before March 2022.
Due to financial problem, I want to sell my flat by end of this March for which I have already taken the advance amount, but Canfin homes, Jayanagar Branch, Bengaluru is making a problem to me.

I requested to provide foreclosure letter for the loan account[protected].
Its more than one month over still no update on this.

I have submitted the application on 25November 2021.then customer service said that they will give closer later in 45days but till now I have not seen any response from them. After 50 days I call everyday at branch but I have not seen response yet.
NOTE*
Today I have gone to branch Nehru palace but after this all I have not seen any response from them.
I have taken three holidays for this all . I feel tired because I travel ghaziabad to Delhi during covid-19 it costs very expensive.
Plz sir help me for giving closer later.

Dear Sir,
I am sagar from karnal haryana my mother applied the loan three month before in can fin homes ltd sector 9 karnal haryana via home solution and i already submit the all document of loan regarding and my mother also give the blank cheque with sign to can fin homes but can fin homes manager wasted the our time and cleared the our cheque of 5900 .how he can do this without proviode the any loan now they are ignoring the our call and mails i want return my cheuque and my all documents,

I have requested for pre closure of my home loan[protected] on Dated 23rd Nov 2021 . Still not getting any reply /phone call from branch. Please help to resolve this.

I have home loan with CANFIN with ROI 7.6% and want to balance transfer to another bank and approached branch for fore closure and i was asked to wait for 45 days to get all this process done .But what i have heard from other banks and from my friends is that it should not take these many days to closure, as i will be paid as 2% + GST on pre closure charges on my principal amount .

I have taken home loan of 14, 00, 000 rs with Rate of Interest of 6.95%.
I requested for 10yr loan tenure, but they gave me 20yrs tenure without informing me.
When complained about wrong tenure, they said they will adjust it in payments and agreed for monthly fixed EMIs of 17, 000 (instead of 10, 812 in case of 20yr)

What I expected was regular loan break up statement, where I could see gradual increase in principal amount being credited to loan balance and gradual decrease in interest I pay.

When I checked loan account statement, I encountered bizarre statements.
Every month bank auto-debits my monthly EMI of 17, 000 and do the following transactions.
1. Capitalise interest on loan balance and add this interest (considered as unpaid interest) to the loan balance. which will increase total interest amount as principal amount now increased.
2. Credit 10, 812 to loan account (which is supposed to be monthly EMI for 20yrs tenure), and accumulate excess amount.
3. Credit accumulated excess amount to loan balance whenever they like (after 2months or 5 months or 6 months or an year).

All this is illegal and without informing customer, to rob customer with higher interests.

Can fin home not take my Loan tranfer amount of rs 1530000 and give excuses that company not take huge at a time .kindly help me. My mobile no is [protected]

I requested a foreclosure letter from Canfin Bank to transfer my loan to another bank. It has been 45 days since the application was made and they still say it will take about 10 days. This is a very long period. They are playing games now. my loan number is[protected].

Highly inefficient people at canfinhomes - Sahakaranagar Bangalore branch. I have sent a mail on 9th November 2021 at 11.19 am seeking for list of documents. I am not able to get the same inspite of waiting for 1 month. I need it urgently as I wanted to submit the same to another bank where I am seeking balance transfer. Inspite of several calls / personal visit to the branch they are so adamant that they are not providing necessary details. They are charging exorbitant rate of interest. My loan with the bank is about 8 year old and I would have missed about 3-5 emi's due to covid impact.

Kindly help me as I feel this is kind of an harassment to the customers.

Respected concern, I m kapil rajput from Haridwar Uttarakhand, I have an home loan since 3 year continue installment in haridwar branch, NOw I want to close this but nobody giving me the proper response in the branch Even I told the branch to closure form last 20 days and till now he didn't So it's my humble request kindly do this as soon by which I could save my interest . I have sent a mail to close my loan account to your Gachibowli, Hyderabad office on 8th October 2021 asking details of balance amount to close my account and on the same day I have transferred rs 100000 to my home loan account of[protected] . As I have not received any response to my mail, yesterday I visited gachibowli branch for closure of my account . After interacting with manager I came to know that I have already made excess payment to my home loan . Hence I request you to refund the excess payment made by me at the earliest and close my loan account.
An early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

Hi,

Due to miss communication of bank associate and not giving a correct information and mis guide the customer I have transferred my loan in other bank. And I went to office of CANFIN homes in nehru place branch new delhi for foreclosure so that my other bank pay the money and associate name geeta has told me the foreclosure letter given period is 45 days I have applied by mail and contact also but after two months they have not given me forclosure also CANFIN bank has received amount rs 40, 95, 000.00 by union bank against my property plot no SB 142 SECTOR 63A NOIDA. I have given 3 reminder also by mail but CANFIN has not responded. I am very tired to call and mail but nobody responded my answer. Kindly plz provide my forclosure and my documents and take a hard action against that people who are not doing their duty

I have applied for a home loan with an amount of 30, 00, 000 rupees with account number[protected] in your bank.
Today I have received a message that 1, 76, 000 rupees were deducted from this loan account and given to the builder without my permission.

This is an amenities amount and the builder did not provide any amenities to me. A verification happened from your bank side, but that guy did not visit my flat and cross checked with me about this.

Here I am requesting you to return back my amount of 1, 76, 000 rupees (or) you can take care of providing all these amenities promised by the builder.

I have my funds ready to close the loan and I am waiting for your approval to close the loan before imposing EMI next month.

Dear Team,
I am Applying Home loan ( Rs 38Lacs ) or my home Loan account no[protected] .we received home loan disbursement as 26 July 2021.and set up EMI date is every month as on 5th. *But we received the call pay interest on this month rs 15000/. As per calculation per day 780.8219 *9=7027.3971(disbursement date to EMI date interest). And they are giving the disbursement cheque hand written.its a fraud.why should pay extra interest ? Without receiving the amount?.
Kindly correct the interest amount and process the request as soon as possible. Regards
