I have taken home loan amount of RS of 10 Lacs from canfin in September 2019. My Loan A/c[protected]. I have paid my all the EMI properly, even in this COVID-19 situation also. Regularly following in RDC Ghaziabad, up Branch for subsidy and always got reply .. it is pending from HO. Need to understand the status or TAT.

    Loan account no[protected], I requested for loan clouser application on 07 Jan 2021, but still there is no update from branch... Even branch manager of canfin dehradun talked to me very rudely and unmannered way . I am really disappointing of service of canfin branch manager I want fill a complain of mentally harassment against of canfin branch manager dehradun

      Loan account no[protected], I requested for loan clouser application on 07 Jan 2021, but still there is no update from branch (l b nagar) Hyderabad, as calling to bank branch they says they r not able to enable the outstanding amount till main branch call not came to customer
      As process branch says 21working day till now it's more than 28 days, pls look for it .

      On 7th January I applied for outstanding Request for loan clouser, as I called to bank the receiver is saying that there will be a March ending it will take time I already wait for More than 35 days and from last two days while calling to bank after telling my name they put call on hold.pls help me out.
      Because ofDelay in closing the loan the purchaser is not satisfied the person need possession as soon as possible, and my financial condition is not good that I can pay my emi so I requested that as earlier pls provide my outstanding balance so I can close the loan account

        I would like to close my Loan Account which was held at Janayanagar Branch, Bangalore Canfin for which I requested a Home loan Foreclosure letter on 24.12.2020

        But still now i did not receive any update regarding the same and Visited the branch 4 times.
        While contacting Branch Jyothi and Sushma are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Even though they did not get any update.
        Sushma told us that upto April we are not taking closures and not giving the Foreclosure letter

        Now the buyer is asking for the Home loan Foreclosure letter to provide the Cheque

        Still now I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to delay if Buyer fails to purchase property who will bear my financial losses.
        So finally i would like to say that if any losses arise due to delay of Home loan Foreclosure letter and List Documents. I am not responsible for any outstanding amount at Canfin. You can cross check My CIBIL report also i never neglect to pay My EMIS to any Bank.
        We can go through Legally. Kindly understand my situation with a kind heart.
        So Kindly do the needful.

          I would like to close my Loan Account which was held at Kukatpally Canfin for which I requested a letter of out standing on 17.12.2020.
          But still now i did not receive any update regarding the same. While contacting Branch Mr Bhaskar and Vittal are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Even though they did not get any update. today i made a call to Bank Manager Srinivas Garu unfortunately he was outside. So I was trying to get Vittal and Bhaskar through Landline no[protected] from 12:46. After so many calls at last some one answered the call at 15:01 they said vittal was in Lunch i could call after 30 Mins. Again i made a call at 15:31 same problem i was unable to get a call after so many calls at 15:45 mr Vittal came to line and he said oday also they had sent a reminder to the Regional office. Still now I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to delay if Buyer fails to purchase property who will bear my financial losses.
          So finally i would like to say that if any losses arise due to delay of Letter of outstand and List Documents. I am not responsible for any outstanding amount at Canfin. You can cross check My CIBIL report also i never neglect to pay My EMIS to any Bank.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I took a house loan from Can Fin Homes Ltd, Hesaraghatta Branch, Bangalore for purchase land and construct a house on May 2016. The action loan amount is 28 lacs with a fixed interest rate of 9.95%. The initial sanctioned amount for land purchase was Rs. 20, 90, 000/-. I decide to repay the loan amount since the interest rate was very high compare to other banks. The bank did not provide home loan certificate when I approached the bank for the first financial year 2016-17 to claim IT tax benefit.

            I had constructed a small house with tiles roof within the same site within 2 years. Without verifying it or confirming with me bank is converted my home loan to site loan after 2 years with an increased interest rate to 12.75% and they included the additional amount Rs. 70000/- as arrears of increased interest in my loan account.

            When I informed the bank manager about the constructed house and he sent a third party agent to verify it. I have to pay Rs. 2000/- for this verification and sent a report. The agent sent the picture and details about the house. But, the bank manager (Mr Nandish, mobile [protected]) was not ready to revert back from site loan to house loan, the reason he saying that they (bank) will not consider tiles roof house for a home loan. The bank continues charging an interest rate of 12.75% till now.

            I feel I am not getting justice on this home loan and the bank is kept charging high-interest rate. Kindly request you to provide me with a justice on this matter where I should have the privilege to construct the house as per my choice to reduce the liabilities and additional burden.

            The Hesaraghatta branch of Can Fin Homes is confirmed that they did not receive any notification from consumer complaints. They were asking about the complaint no to check it, please share with me the complaint no for future reference.

              I had a house loan for 20 years which was repaid by me within 4 years. Still they marked a months Emi as delayed. And now I have made approx 10+ different complaints but its not fixed in Experian and Crif. Worst banking experience now i cant get loan because of their buggy system

                  It's been over 20 days I have requested the loan closure - loan outstanding letter,
                  I have followed the escalation matrix and expressed in the email.
                  Despite, I have not received any email or call from the authorized individuals.

                  I have received the loan sanction and that is valid for 30 days.
                  I have to complete all the paper works submission within today.

                  I have been following up with the bank manager daily, and he has confirmed that he has no power and option to get me the details, as everything has to be triggered from the head office.

                  It is really unacceptable and shows the lack of customer service from Canfin.
                  The purpose I am transferring the loan to another bank is, Canfin has added unaccountable amount to my principal amount which does not make sense and no explanation was given to me and no intimation was given to me regarding the change in ROI, and no proper guidance and response from the branch. I have explained all this to Canfin PRO and no action was taken and no one reverted to me regarding this. On top of it just for getting this outstanding letter I need to wait for 25-30 days is something weird on top of the hill.

                  Being a loyal customer at canfin, paying extra EMI every month without a single due, I was not offered with any top-up loan when requested. I am paying 10.25% as interest since 2016 despite paying multiple charges like 12500, 9000 for reducing my ROI. They reduce the interest for one month later the next month they change it to 10.5%.

                  If i ask for an explanation there is no response, the bank manager calls himself that he is a puppet in front of the head office and he is just a postman.

                  This is ridiculous service...
                  I will have to audit the re-payment statement and call Canfin for an explanation.

I taken a loan from your bank since 20 Jun 2019.(LOAN A/C NO.[protected] And your bank committed me about PRADHAN MANTRI AAWAS YOJAN SUBSIDY is credited in with in 6 to 8 month but till date I don’t received any amount of subsidy and not received any type of application number of PMAY Subsidy application.

                              And after that they do not give a any type of response and his employee and Grievance Redressal .and his also not attend the phone call.

                                  I v. Surekha the loan account holder of manually branch Hyderabad. My loan account no is[protected]. I have applied for takeover loan request on 21st October 20. I received conformation call on 23rd October 20. But I didn't received letter till date.
                                  Bank people told to wait 8 days first, next 15days, even though no letter.
                                  No one including manager giving a valid reply for delay.
                                  And they don't reply for customer even in phone.
                                  Please resolve my issue.

                                    As I have submit Application for balance transfer from canfin to another bank 10 days ago due to getting good customer service, however we have sent multiple emails to cnfin homes and also visit the branch multiple times but they are not provide proper response and not providing List of documents, outstanding statements . even we have sent mail to head office bangalore but they are replying single response of any mail. I am attaching the application copy in attachment for your reference. this is a worst experience from this bank, they are to providing proper details of our EMI payment, charging High ROI and worst customer service.

                                      My name is Anand Kumar Sharma, I have two loan accounts in your bank in canfins neelam bata chowk, Faridabad .my account number are[protected] and[protected] I am visiting canfin, neelam bata chowk Faridabad branch from last two weeks continuosly, for getting information of my loan accounts, in which my property is mortgaged.I was not paying EMI from the last two years due to some personal reasons and my bad financial condition. Still I am not in that position to pay EMI so I wanted to sell the property to get rid off from loans .But employees of canfin are not supportive and veri ignorant after requesting many times from the last two weeks they are not telling me the closure amount. Due to which I am scared that I will loose my buyer who is purchasing my property.kindly resolve as soon as possible .I am really worried and feeling really bad about the behaviour of the staff .
