    Hi. This is simon joseph. S, i have closed my loan of 10lakhs on aug 2018.in spite of numerous follow ups. The amount of 10 lakhs is still reflecting in my cibil. I visited the branch so many times but no response. Horrible response from branch manager mrs. Ujwala raman, and staffs... Almost many of my friends closed their loans in canfin and suggested me to go with other banks... I request to head of team, please try to satisfy your customers those who are in need of money... Because we are not rich

      I'd a terrible user experience with your cheap grade consumer application. Although you have enabled users login, why the hell have you disabled all the fields to extract loan statements.

      Mr. Admin, do you have.5 mg common sense? Do you think your the most smartest person in this world?

      I've much better words to express my frustration, but i want to show this world that you guys are doing something illegal/unlawful with all our accounts.

      We need an auditing from iba on all our loan account.

        canfin homes online customer portal not working, from last 3 months

        There is an issue with the online customer portal of can fin homes. I am trying from last 3 months and it says 'please contact your branch for all queries.'
        I believe that the bank has intentionally stopped this just to make the customers fools. If they have stopped the customer portal for maintenance it should be only one or two days but it's been months. Don't know what exactly is happening....

        customer portal is not working

        Can fin homes online customer portal is not working since two months, i believe that the bank has intentionally stopped this just to make the customers fools. For a simple loan statement we need to travel so many kilometers and wait there in bank to get it. If they have stopped the customer portal for maintenance it should be only one or two days but it's been months. Don't know what exactly is happening....

        can fin homes customer portal not working

        Hello sir - i have been trying to login to customer portal since 3 weeks in december 2019
        Always i get server is overloaded or down for service message.

        Can you let me know why is the issue and when this will be resolved?
        What is the alternative here?
        Also i would like to know what is the process to pre-close and get all the documents from the bank

        Hi,
        I have been with canfin for 2014 t0 2018 for my housing loan. I have preclosed my loan in 2018 and requested bank to collect my sale deed and docs to handover my father with my authentication but they refused. When i returned back to india in 2019 and requested for documents, they are charging for documents storage.

        I am ok for it but the problem is
        1 why dont bank officials not mentioned about it last year when i sent my father to bank with authentication
        2 bank representative not answered any of the question and i have mail proofs on their delay responses
        3. Bank representative on 24 dec when i visited to bank, he is saying they will not inform about charges when we request but will inform only when actual person who returns to india and request the same.

        Such a improper management and communication and uninformed charges to customer who tryst bank is not good for the health of any banking organisation.

        I believe you will taje necessary steps or actions on thus scene

          Dear sir, I murugudu Narendra babu recently taken home loan from canfin homes ( gollapudi) with 9.85% interest EMI start from[protected] acc no..[protected].
          I paid 17700 rs to canfin homes for decreasing the rate of interest on 12/03/2018 chq no..53017 but till date they are not decreased rate of interest instead of decreasing they are increased rate of interest 10%, many more times I consult the bank employees but no use they are...

          Sir, i am the loan member from jan. 2013 onwards of your esteemed concerned ambattur, chennai branch. I am availing housing loan since 1/2013.

          Now the greater avadi township raised street roads higher than my existing basement level. I am compled to raised my basement to the corporation road level.

          In this connection i approach the branch manager canfin homes ltd, ambattur. He demanded 11% of interest for repair work. All the nationalized bank housing loan interest min.8.5% only. Whereas your bank demanding 11% interest. Kindly advised the branch manager to follow the rbi instructions.

            Hi,

            I am paying Rs 52000 as my EMI, in the year beginning I have noticed Rs 52000 is getting debited from my account but reflecting only 49658 in my loan account details. Without intimation how this has been done and what for this money? later after few months it has been corrected.
            When I called in Sep19 and checked about this it has been informed this will be rectified but still I dont think any action has been taken.
            How without any notice this kind of things happen.
            Also to notify my current interest percentage is showing as 9.7 % in website but when I call they will inform as 10% how this can happen.
            Also without any proper intimation interest rates are increased.
            I am going to write same kind of email to RBI or related Govt department

              I noticed that the online customer portal application is down since two months. Due to this we aren't able to verify our loan account statements and outstanding balance. I wrote multiple emails to their representatives to address this issue. But i never heard back from them. Looks like, they are not considering our complaints seriously, as a consumer i feel humiliated.

                customer login portal is not working

                I own a home loan with canfin home loans. I use to login into customer portal to check balance and other details. Now, this portal is not working for more than one month and i have send an email as well. But, still no response on this. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that i can check my details through this portal and check my principal outstanding amount....

                Your notice on changein rate of interest from 8.50% to 10.75% dated 16/05/2019 is not acceptable. My loan account no.[protected] dated 12/12/2017. My emi payments are regular. I had visited panvel branch but they are not aware of the issue. & they requested me to contact me to head office. I have been writting to head office for the last 4 months.
                Can Fin Homes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                The Customer portal is not accessible since many days. hence i am not able to download interest certificate for tax purpose. while login, message says web not available or under maintenance please intimate alternate method to login from customer portal

                  Respected Consumer forum,

                  My loan account bearing the number[protected].
                  The initial ROI from more than 3 years ago was 10.25%.

                  Despite a tenure allocated for 30years, the EMI calculated for the loan is for a mere duration of less than 8 years.
                  Apart from that - RBI has revised housing loan ROI basis points several times in this time window.

                  Despite several requests via mails, calls and Branch manager being approached for the subject matter - the requests are being ignored.

                  A complaint was also raised in CANFIN grievances cell -reference number-
                  C/9142019/1107235 on 14th September

                  There is no redressal, no contact from any bank personnel / grievances cell for the complaint so far.

                  Can the complaint be escalated to banking Ombudsman through this forum?

                    I applied for pmay subsidy in march'2019. I sent several emails/grievance to canfin but they are not responding properly. They are not even providing assessment number or any other details related to this. I am not sure whether they have applied for it or not. It is more than 6 months i have not received a single communication from bank. Request you to interven and do the needful

                      My name is Perjinder, I took 30 lakh loan from Can fin bank of faridabad branch, After sention the loan your feild Person Mr Niranjan asking the bribe 1% of laon amount .This is a culture of can fin or its mendatory for gave bribe .Why he asking after issue the loan if this is compasarry.This is against our Rules, Why i pay bribe money to him.please revert back .

                        Dear team, as discussed with one our neibhour who has been taken loan from sbi, it seems they have reduced roi from 8.65 to 8.45 as per latest rbi guidelines and repo points. Hence i would like to request you that one thing, why you guys are increasing the roi in the place of reduced interest rate as per other banks.. May i know the exactly reason..

                        Point no 2# as i submitted the written statement @ kukatpally branch in last month as to continue my emi with original amount instead of extrapremium. However, i have received one sms in couple of days back as your emi is 22500 instead of actual emi and updated the same in portal as well. Hence i would like to request you that is there any specific reason to continue the same.. Coz i would like to continue with my actual premium which i had already communicates with branch by written statement.

                            Your can fin bank lone provide for 200000 rs, in dec 2013,
                            And 1st emi start on date 20/01/2014 and last emi on date 20/12/18)
                            1st emi auto cut in my account (20/01/14)
                            2nd emi not auto cut in my account (20/02/14)
                            (No any msg & mail)
                            (Bank not give any intimation to me about this issue. I finished all my emi in december 2018 and bank give information about this in july 2019)

                            I will pay only e. M. I amount for rs. 4500 and not pay any penalty. Which was occurred without any my fault
