I would like to take over the Loan which is held at Sarjapur branch Canfin for which I requested a letter of outstanding
But until now I did not receive any update regarding the same. While contacting Branch Manger and they are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Even though they did not get any update. After so many calls till now, I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to the delay, I am losing a lot of interest which has impacted me financially.
So finally I would like to say that really frustrated and I will stop paying EMI due to the delay in the Letter of outstanding and List Documents. Also, I never neglected to pay My EMIS to Bank.
So Kindly do the needful.

Can Fin Homes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Because of the delay the other bank also stopped processing the loan.
It shows that purposely you are doing so that we can pay higher interest.
Also.not able to login to canfin website also, is it really a finance company, such a arrogant attitude.
