[Resolved]  Can Fin Homes — Loan account not closed after 60 days

I have submitted application to close my current home loan account[protected] at Canfin homes Kukatpally Hyderabad on 9th Nov 2023.

Even after 60days there is no response from the team.

Kindly look in the matter as i have paid two EMI after my application submission.

NO body is answering the calls.

Submitted loan close application on 9th Nov. Even till date loan account was not closed. No one from Canfin Kukatpally is giving proper response. reason told by the Canfin : Year end . tranfers at head office, will close in the coming week. 139224000349 M.Naga Kotesh 60days completed but loan account was not closed.
Can Fin Homes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
