Running a Scam: ROI for home loan increased without any communication

I've taken home loan from Can Fin Homes last year June-2022 with ROI 7%(EMI: Rs.38726), but they did not start the EMI until my house construction get completed so they were deducting only interest amount every month. On June-2023 my house construction is completed & given the final construction report they started the EMI on Aug-2023 with interest rate 10.10%(EMI: Rs. 48526, so difference amount Rs. 9800).

I have applied foreclosure for my Home Loan running with Can Fin Homes Ltd on 23/05/23 at their sec 47, Chandigarh Branch and as per the Branch staff it will take 45 days. Want to close this loan immediately and can't wait for 45 days for the foreclosure.

      Sir i had been sactioned home loan for 1 year but now i wanted to transfer the loan in other bank because of less interest rate so i applied for foreclosure latter in canfin on 13th march 2023 but after 45+ days they are not giving me foreclosure latter.i even mailed the canfin about this problem but they are not responding. in the meantime the other bank has sanctioned the loan for me. i just want the foreclosure latter that's all.

        I am Siva Krishna.K from Hyderabad. And my home loan account number is[protected] in Gachibowli branch. I want to close the home loan immediately, due to personal medical emergency. I want to sold-out my flat immediately.

        Two days before I have submitted the closure letter in Gachibowli branch. They told that it’s take time to close the loan account. But please consider my serious issue, and share me the closure balance and will close it immediately. It will be helpful for me on this emergency situation.

        Hope understand my situation and do the needful asap.

          I requested for loan forelcosure letter on 3rd Feb 2023. Till date no letter for loan foreclosure provided by vashi Navi Mumbai bramch and only verification call received from headoffice on 24th feb. The branch location is far distance from residence. Branch not even picking up the calls and thier phone line are always dead. How will cust know about loan foreclosure request status.

          Once they have picked up call and stated that it will be given in 1st week of April. While visiting branch they are telling that fc letter delayed from headoffice due to year end closure. Why cust will pay interest for such delay. While complaining they are unnecessary clarification and not replying to my emails.

          I taken loan from financial institution not from any private savkar. Is rbi gving control or not on Canfin home.

          Request somebody to looking urgently. Even my this month emi due on 15th.

          I need urgent help...

            I applied for foreclosure letter on 2 feb 2023 they said it will take 45 days but now almost 46 days completed now they are saying this is March month (year end ) so head office people will be busy they won't send the foreclosure letter so you come on April 1st week and i requested them to provide asap. they said put mail to them we will try even I have sent mail with attachment. They reverted we will take up with concerned team
            Why can fin homes take only revenue on year end they won't give service to customers?

              Dear Team

              I havr submitted the request for FCL and LOD on 07th Feb 2023 but still not got any support from branch.
              i have requested for the LOD and FCL for below given my loan accounts past from a month with CanFin Homes LTD Mandya branch.

              But not getting any response and also when i raised request in grievance redressal those people are replying from branch mails where i am not getting the said docs.

              This how we treat in Canfin...

              I urgently want LOD and FCL for below given loan ids thats it.

                I applied for foreclosure letter on 13-jan-2023 they said it will take 45 days. Today is 48th day didn’t get any response they only say provide in tomorrow day after tomorrow.
                Also I call to head office few days ago head office said they will not received any request for my account then I discuss same thing with home branch they said they will provide foreclosure by Monday 27-jan-2023 and today they not reachable.
                They are not clearing anything and not responding properly.
                Also I sent lots of mail to head office, customer care and home branch as well.
                Please help to get it out from this situation.

                  Sir,
                  My housing loan account is[protected]. When I sent mails for loan statements for filing it returns, no response from Pondicherry branch. I made numerous calls to manager. But he never responded. But he responded only after that I would file a complaint against him. That too just he forwarded what the website offers. Anyone who visits their website would be disappointed on seeing nothing on consumer portal. You cannot see or download your loan statement. It is not up to the mark for a financial provider.
                  My EMI payment is Rs 25000/- but they sent my payment as Rs 19000 plus. After I remind them, the manager manipulate the statement and send it to me. Now everything is on records. I also mailed them to provide my loan statement account from Aug, 2017 to till date. But no response. I feel something fishy. I need to recheck my accounts to decide what they are up to.

                    I, G Viswanath having home loan No.[protected] at Kompally Branch Hyderabad, i have sold my home very hardly for urgent requirement of money and i have applied for closure of my home loan on 18/01/2023 one month has gone up but the branch people are not giving any proper response not understanding my situation and even they have not collect cheque for closure of the home loan. the loan has to close and the original document has to come, then only I am able to give registration to the buyer and the buyer is also pressuring me for registration. Then only i will get the remaining amount so that i can come out from my money needs.

                    I am in a very depressed condition. Please help me to get my loan closed and to get my original documents immediately.

                    I will be grateful to you for your help.

                      I have been interacting with one employee . She spoke very rudely and she disconnected the call in between while speaking.

                      I have requested for loan statement to submit it to my company today

                      She rudely spoke and told me that by 5PM only she can send.

                      For sending the loan statement how can it take the entire day seriously I dont understand.

                      I asked the same question to her why it will take one day to send the statement and she just disconnected the call

                      Such a RUDE behaviour. If I ask doubts also she didn't explain it to me clearly.

                      Please give minimum respect to customers and also I will raise this complaint to the next level if it is required

                        Hi myself prakash P i took composite loan in nove 2018 from can fin home, i have paid complete principle outstanding on 18.11.2022 but they have extra Dec'22 EMI of 26, 847 without any reason, i have tried to reach them nearly 10 times & sent 15 emails but no one has responded from Koramangala Branch.

                        I think Koramangala Branch manager & staff are sleeping & not working, not bother about customer issues.

                        Till now no one given reason why they have deducted extra EMI even my principle outstanding cleared.

                        This is really bad, worst customer service i never seen.

                        Pls help me to resolv the issue i am scaring that they will deduct my Jan'23 emi without giving valid reasons

                          I (Sridhar Gaddam) holding a home loan account in Can fin Homes Limited #[protected] and i was willing to close the account by paying the total amount. But the institution asked me to hold for 45 days. Some how they accepted the pre close request (after complaining in CPGRAMS) after a month and i paid the complete amount. Now they are not returning the documents to me. somebody said it will take a week to get the documents. i waited for a week and when i tried calling that person, he is not responding to my calls and WhatsApp chat. somehow i was able to connect to a person working in that bank and now he is saying it will take 15 days to get back your documents.
                          I sincerely urge you to look in to the issue and ask them to provide the documents.

Since I have given a complaint against him he is holding a grudge against me and he is not providing required information to me and not answering my calls and recently my cibil score has been reduced without any proper reason although all my loan payments are on time.

                              We had request for closure from May 14th, but due to lack of response, it still delayed we have even crossed the stipulated working day of 45day, but still have not receive any positive response from Bank or Grievance team.

                              The only hope is forum through which if we get this long running issue

                                I have requested for pre closure of my home loan on Dated 7th July 2022 . Still not getting any reply / phone call from branch / head office. Kindly do as early as possible, taking another loan, they sanctioned conditions against loan closures within 30 days and i entered an agreement with builder, that also given 30 days only.
