I have submitted a Loan Closer Form on 2nd Feb 2024 at CanFin Homes Branch RC Puram, Hyderabad.

At the time of submission they said that they will be giving the closer letter with in 45 days.

Today when I checked with them after 30 days - they are saying that they will be giving that letter only in the month of April and not in March- which means after 2 months only.

Dear Sir / Madam, My home loan in Canfin Nehru Place New Delhi Branch. I am paying All EMI on time however with in 2 years I make my home loan half of principal amount. I have been sending emails to all of the email addresses that are listed on their website on a regular basis since 2022 stating my obligations regarding the home loan, No one has replied as of yet. What then is the grievance addressal's purpose?...

As per new RBI guidelines, they have to give pre-closure letter and all necessary documents within 30 days of request but they are not worried about the RBI Rules and all.

I have given closure request to them on Jan 2 2024 it’s been 19 days now still they haven’t given me closure letter yet, home branch stating Bangalore team only need to give approval and they are pending it on purpose.

I taken 20 lakhs loan from canfin homes after increase repo rate bank should increase tenure or emi but bank increased both are..its not fair.....

I've taken home loan from Can Fin Homes last year June-2022 with ROI 7%(EMI: Rs.38726), but they did not start the EMI until my house construction get completed so they were deducting only interest amount every month. On June-2023 my house construction is completed & given the final construction report they started the EMI on Aug-2023 with interest rate 10.10%(EMI: Rs. 48526, so difference amount Rs. 9800).
