Respected sir my brother has applied for offer letter for canada,
We dont have credit card so canam charge from us 8700 inr but not give us any receipt.
When we asked for payment receipt so they say collage can not give any receipt.
Respected sir every person has right to collect every receipt of payment under right to information act.
I talked to canada collage and they say when every candidate applied for offer letter we send welcome letter with application id number.

Respected sir if we paid full payment of counsulting 16000/- rs so why canam can not give us right information.
Please solve this problum.

I had registered and given my money to canam consultancy kochi office mr rajan through online assuring that all news and updates about canada immigration, pnp program nominations would be passed on to me, after i take his service. But he has done anything till date. He just provide me information when i call him. I even lost my chances of immigration as the information was not passed on in time. Though he knew my scores required for immigration and didn't even bother to assign me any staff from his office to follow up or talk to me about canada immigration.

Now when i ask for the money back he is telling that he cannot refund me only a small part of the money. Only service he provided was giving me checklist of documents and few telephonic clarifications.

I am writing this email to complain and express my dissatisfaction received by one of your consultant "sukhbani" of chandigarh sec 17 branch.

The series of event which followed are as follows
1. I registered with canam on monday 10th of july 2017. As told by ms. Sukhbani she shared me her few insights about the express entry program, but later when i asked about the future steps and procedure she refused to tell anything and insisted me on paying the fees first. Hence paid 30, 000 as a registration fees. Thus led me to take a decision in a hush. Please find below screenshot of chat which states that sukhbani refused to entertain my concerns.

After registration proper vision and follow ups were not entertained: even after registration, it was really hard to reach ms. Sukhbani, i was left so confused. I tried calling her multiple times and most of the times she won't pick my calls or will get a late reply. Please find the snapshot below where an urgent request was entertained after more than 24 hours. While she claimed she is 24/7 available on whats app if not on call.

3. I was assured that my profile is ready kindly check and revert. Mistakes like mentioning me as female were made, then it was conveyed to her i have my sister with pr in canada, that section was marked as no. Please find the snapshot of me telling such basic mistakes. These mistakes were made because of the consultant lack of follow up and not receiving my calls. If they would have attended me on the first place well i would not have figured out such mistakes.

I was promised a proper consultancy and such series of event like not taking my calls, not replying back, making basic errors which can destroy my career was made less than 4 days of the registration.

Even if in the agreement clause it was written that the fees are nonrefundable but still not even 10% of what promised was done, i feel i was left into hands of a consultant who is there for the monetary purpose only. No guidances nor process clarification was given to me instead of me timely asking her about next steps.

It is really hard for me to work further with someone who has shown a lack of communication, basic errors within 3-4 days of the agreement.

As of now, i would want my full refund of the payment as i was made to deal with circumstances which affected me mentally as well as expectations were given were not met just in few initial days, knowing i being one of the latest clients. I visited canam chandigarh sec 17 and amandeep sharma on[protected] who give information about canada colleges and universities told me that he can apply concordia university. But after i paid them 10, 000 rs on[protected], they told me that the last date to apply there is passed. I was feeling cheated and given him application to refund my money. But even after 3 week and regular calls, i have not got my money. And now they are not transfering my call to him saying that he is busy everytime i call them. Canam is very fishy agency and i want my money back. I even have the photo of that application and fee slip, given to them, with me.

Canam consultants is one of the worst consultants if you want to apply for student visa in canada. I had a very bad experience with them because after waiting for like 3 months, they were not able to provide me with offer letter. Due to heavy rush of applicants, these canam people don't answer your queries and they dont have sense how to talk with customers.
As i have scored 6.5 bands in all modules and i have good cgpa.in short my profile was strong enough to get through visa process and i have also submitted all the required documents but after 3 months i have got an email that due to non availability of documents they will not be able to provide me with an offer letter. They dont know how to maintain documents and provide them to the assigned authority. And they dont even assign one person to somebody's profile.in short they are very bad in handling the complaints. As they are not able to provide me with an offer letter they are not even giving my money back. Now they are saying we will consider your profile for may intake. How can i trust them.
Guys dont trust them. They are useless. Please consider some other consultants.

I would advise everyone to visit canam once and take expert opinion of their consultants. You will waste a lot of time and resources if you caught by false promotions done by other inexperienced consultants.

Its Diwali and every year this time reminds me of this fraud company Canam (www.canamgroup.com). During this festive season of 2009, I had applied for the Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175) through Canam’s office in Andheri, Mumbai. An acquaintance had told me about the Australian immigration and Canam . I decided to take the plunge and made the mistake of not finding out more about the immigration process , and especially so about this company Canam.

When I first visited the office, I met with one consultant ,Vasundhara, specializing in Australian and Candian immigration. She explained the process to me and I must say she made a good impression on me with all that “touchwood” talk and I felt they were quite genuine. The next time I visited them with my father and when we asked her some questions, she called in Arvind Falor(their Director) to talk to us saying he was an authority in immigration and has many certifications to this credit. This gay, Arvind is the biggest fraud I have seen. He puts on an act like he is really not interested in getting us to sign up, like he is some government official doing public service. He quickly asked for some of my details and told us that in just about 9-12 months I would be getting the PR visa. He also told us that they had their contacts in Australia who would help me once I am there with accommodation and job search. He also gave us some advice about not changing jobs while waiting for the application approval and being ready to fly in an year’s time. I and my father, being so gullible, fell for the show he had put up. We didn’t realize that this guy Arvind and Vasundhara are just sales people who are experts at understanding their client’s psychology and have perfected the art of earning people’s trust by lying and whatever else it takes to get us to buy their services. They lied to me that they have a MARA Registered agent through whom they file their applications. I thing I must tell you if you are interested in applying for Australia, then do so directly through MARA agents(difficult to find in India, since only Australian citizens can become MARA Registered agents, but still you can get them) and not with agents like Canam who just claim they do it through them and provide a business reason for doing so to earn your trust. You can check for genuine MARA agents on the government website. Once these Canam guys get their payments they are least concerned with the work they got to do. You have to pay half the fees before they begin their process and the remaining half before the actual application is sent in. Once you have paid them half the fees they know for sure that you have fallen for their trap and that the other half will surely come. After you have paid in full, then you get to see their real colours. All that professionalism is gone and now you got to run after them for everything else. You won’t be updated about the progress of your application, not even if the application has been filed on your behalf. During subsequent visits to their office for knowing about my application status, I was usually made to sit at least an hour before I could meet any of them because they would be busy with convincing the new prospects to sign up for their services. Its during such visits I realised that its all a setup, all well planned, each one playing their role to perfection. But by then it was too late.
So what went wrong? Well, after half the fees were paid, then they said it would take 11/2 - 2 years for the visa( Arvind had earlier told us 9-12months max). They applied for my PR saying that we could submit the IELTS score later. The applications are filed from their Chandigarh office. They told me that its important to send in the applications at the earliest(actually they are just concerned about getting that second half of the payment) because it would take up to 9-12 months for the case officer to be assigned to the application during which I could write and submit the IELST score. Then after 7-8 months I got an email from one Satnam Kaur(from Canam Australian Immigration Department) stating that the IELTS score must be submitted within 45 days time failing which the application would be rejected. I told Vasundhara that they had never contacted me earlier and that a months time would not be enough for IELTS preparation, but said these were notices from their Chandigarh offices who would have been informed by DIAC. She even suggested that I join their IELTS course and that their Instructor would especially help me to prepare for the test in a months’ time. I joined their course hoping that the instructor would take some interest with my IELTS study. But the instructor was not even aware of my situation and didn’t take any special interest in my case. Not his fault though, he told me he course usually goes for 3 months. Canam got me in to this situation and made me pay for the course(more earning for them) . But I did manag e to get the score they had asked and Vasundhara said its all good and taken care of now. The two years, Canam sends me the letter from DIAC stating that the application was rejected because the IELTS score had to be submitted at the time of application. It was clearly a mistake on the part of Canam, but they said they had other applications similar to mine which got approved, so its just my bad luck . Yeah sure, was my bad luck that I applied through them. Actually, the rules had changed after June 1, 2009 which had made it mandatory to submit the IELTS score at the time of application. So, before June 2009, one could submit the IELTS score after the application was made but before the case officer was assigned. My application was filed on Oct 2009, so its not DIAC’s fault. I lost the DIAC application fees and the fees paid to Canam. Canam would have been aware of these rule changes, but they were just concerned about getting their fees from me. If they had they told me earlier, then I wouldn’t return to them till I had the score and I may not succeed in getting that score. So, they wanted to make sure they got their money from me and left my application for fate to decide.

I wrote all these in such details so that others who approach Canam for immigration purpose would know what they are getting into. I still read some people praising Canam for their services in different posts. I believe these are these Canam guys posting or someone who was destined to reach the country he hoped for, which he did and still believes that Canam had any part in it. I am sure there are many others for whom they applied after June 2009 without IELTS score and who got rejection for the same reason. In fact, in the IELTS course itself there were three others with whom they had done the same.

We probably cannot get them on the legal front, but its not right that such businesses operate. These are just like those others business outfits duping people by promising them jobs abroad. The difference, businesses like Canam operate legally and can’t be taken to court for such offences. They get you to sign all the papers which free them from every liability. They are playing with peoples careers, but for them its just all about money. For them their job/business is just to get you to part with your hard earned money by playing on your aspirations.

I have a complaint regarding my application in red river college for pg diploma in international business, canada. Because of fault in system or miscommunication in canam office, i have missed january intake in other colleges as i dint get offer letter from red river. But i inquired 4-5 times before paying canam about my ielts eligibility, even i have already forwarded my whole conversation with the same colleges to canam but still canam forwarded my application without taking care of it. Now canam people are saying i can not get my full amount back rs-22600 that i paid to miss sonia after confirming so many times even my fiance asked her twice. One of my friend was also going for same but her consultant denied to send her application even before my application sent. Now tell me where is my fault. I have missed jan intake as i have offer letter from other colleges as well but canam team misguided me and now canam are not ready to pay me my full amount. Please provide me solution or tell me where i can lodge compliant regarding this.

I have worked with canam, consultants Ahmedabad in 2010 for 9 months they have not paid my notice period salary these people are fraud they play with Carrers of People Non Supportive Management and also they cheat with the clients so please i request people dont waste your time and money by working with them or register with them for student visa or PR. The Totaly fraud Company. HR and Top Management is bogus so if you register with them your Money is gone.

I have worked with canam consultant’s ltd in ahmedabad they change employees every 5-6 months i have worked for almost 8 months they don’t support their employees even for activity they told employees to bear the cost. Don’t ever register with canam consultants ahmedabad they cheat people like anything. They have not paid me notice period salary please dont ever try to work with canam consultants ltd they play with carrers of the people. The people those who cheat with employees will also cheat with clients dont register with canam consultants ahmedabad. Don’t register with them for pr or student visa they cheat with people.

I have worked with canam consultants ltd ahmedabad for 9 months in last 2010 they asked me to leave the job without notice period they have not paid me single rupee of notice period. I have suffered huge problem due to canam consultants higher management behaviour of asking people to leave without any notice period. Might be i was at better position if the notice period was served to me. Dont belive of working with canam consultants ahmedabad they are fraud people. They change the staff every 3-4 months. The ahmedabad office is now given to franchisee. Dont ever try to register with canam they are fraud they only play with carrers of people. I have proof with me and legal documents i am having that they have not paid me for notice period salary

There are many consultants in india and every body has a dream to settle abroad. So with this dream i went to one of the consultants named canam consultants in ludhiana. They told me that i am eligible to go to australia as permanent resident since australia demands engineers. So with this motive i started the collection of my papers to submit it to the consultant:-

Papers required were:-
My education certificates
My experience certificates
My residence certificate
Passport copies
Ielts score card

The most important thing that is cdr's (Competency demonstration reports) these were to be made by consultant itself. When i submitted my papers the consultant told me that you need to give the fee of rs 15000/- to start the process than we will make the cdr's for you. We paid the fee happily thinking that our work is finished. But to our surprise the consultant told me that they would only provide the samples the cdr's would be made by us and they will not help us in that. Agin we agreed to that and took the samples. Now looking on to the samples i found that the samples are not matching my profession. I asked the consultant to provide me the correct and matching samples, he told me that they would talk at their head office chandigarh in sector 17 for samples. I received a call from chandigarh the lady asked about my profession and told me that she would find out the correct cdr's and send it to me. But after 10 days i did not receive anything i again went to ludhiana office they sent me some samples but again were not matching my profession. I told them about that so they told me that you need to make them on your own without any samples. How a layman could make cdr's who is not aware of that. Ultimately i told them that if they couldn't provide me the cdr's then it means my case would be rejected by embassy of australia so i wouldn't move further and want to withdraw my case. Since i had not used any of the services of consultant so my money should be returned back to me. But to my surprise they denied to return my money.

After all the series of incidents i feel cheated in the hands of clever consultants.

Canam Consultant cheat the customers they are charging very high amount of consultantancy and even if a personal turns back within two days to ask for a refund they dont give.

They have charged 20,000 to my sister Smita Jignesh Upadhyay. She has the receipt for the same. Since 3 days their office is closed which is located on C.G.Road. My sister ask for a refund due to family reason she doesnt want to go abroad. They have not started the process even and they are not giving back the refund.

Please suggest what to do in this matter?????

Hi 8 years back Canam applied HSMP visa for my husband to settle in New zealand. we paid 50,000 and urge us to do medical examination at Kilpauk clinic where we have to pay another Rs 5000.After few months they said my husband application decline, and promised to repay our money Rs.[protected] for service charge). but they didnt give money back. I tried to contact them many times but the reply was the incharge (that time Mr. prem Ganesh was Incharge) in meeting or out of station . I went few times by person still i couldnt get my money back.

After that we moved to United Kingdom, so it is hard to contact them. I have all my supporting documents.this shouldnt happen to anyone else.
please help me to get my money back

I went to Canam Immigration (Amritsar) on 24/09/2009 as i wanted to apply for PR to Canada .After making my assessment the in charge told me to submit my resume for further assessment at headquarters.After repeated calls the office in charge did not give me any satisfactory answers.I went back to their office on 3/10/2009 and he again took my resume by saying that he mistook me as his another client.He also assured me to get the assessment done after one day.I called up at his office after three days and he said that he would call me up after a short while but till today i have not any reply from the office.The Canam immigration consultancy is dilly dallying the matter and the office in charge is very irresponsible.Till date they have not responded positively or negatively.
I do not want to force mysel[censored]pon them but at least they should be responsible enough to guide the client in a positive way.

Canam Consultants Ltd. Complaints - Australia Immigration Fraud

I was very keen to migrate to Australia, I went to canam office and enquired about whole process. They explain the entire case to me.
