Canara Bank — About bank transaction | |||||
My name is vineeth ramakrishnan. I did on online transaction of rs 50000 from my canara bank nre account on dec 17-2016. My cash debited from my account. Receiver didn't get that. I complained it through online chat. They not asking about any details about my account number or my address any thing. They saying that money will be back in your account if the transaction not done. It happened on friday. They said contact the manager (Canara bank, kodakara br, thrissur, kerala) on monday. I asked them about if i lose my money in between these days what i have to do?. They dont have any answer. I dont know why this bank keeping this type of customer service persons.
