Canara Bank — Canara Bank, HO, Bengaluru & its assignee Kfin Technologies Ltd (securities & dividends) on not crediting our pending dividends o

Address:Bengaluru & Hyderabad

Appreciable amount of shares (ITC Ltd, 2160share & Canara Bank, 300 shares) were held by my mother Mrs Sandanamal in demat form in Karvy Stock Broking Ltd which got transferred to IIFL Securities Ltd, Mumbai by order of SEBI (Mumbai). Karvy eventually got debarred by SEBI. kindly refer attached documents to substantiate my case.
After following all due process of transmission of shares as stipulated by SEBI all the above shares got eventually transferred after big struggle to me to my demat a/c SBI Securities Ltd. Kindly refer attached email by CDSL & other transfer related documents issued by IIFL Secuirties Ltd.
Based on this request was made on the pending Dividends & ITC Ltd promptly cleared all the Dividend amounts (about Rs 01L) to my bank a/c as assigned in CML copy of SBI Securities Ltd and the same was acknowledged by me to them.
Similar request was also made with Canara Bank, HO & its assignee Kfin Technologies Ltd to release the pending dividends of last 2 years (Rs5500/-) but they are using dilly dally tactics and has not released this amount to date. Looks like they have usurped our this amount. I request your office to take stern action on them and make them credit this pending amount to us. All relevant documents requested by them were promptly provided by email & registered posts. Kindly refer attached documents to substantiate the same. “Please read all attached files in chronological order for better understanding on sequence of events.”

Dear Sir/madam (kind attn: GORRE SWETHA// B. THARUN SINGH) kfin Tech Hyderabad

Please note that all below required documents have been sent to Mr B. Tharun Singh (based on his letter to us dated 01Feb2024) through my Registered Post RT[protected]IN Dated 18march2024 to him/Kfin Tech Hyderabad. Hence I can not understand why you are sending all this Links to me.
First of all I would like to remind you all (Kfin Tech Hyderabad) that you have never replied to my earlier emails at all since the very beginning requesting your offices (& Canara Bank HO) to clear the pending Dividends.
Now that all documents have been send to you I dont know what documents you want to share with me.
kindly clarify what is your actual requirement now. How will I know that you have received all my previous documents (as requested by you) and as send to you by me through above mentioned regd post.

eventhough all relevant documents as requested by Canara Bank & again by Kfin Tech Hyderabad have been submitted through my Registered Post RT[protected]IN Dated 18march2024 to Kfin Tech Hyderabad they keep sending below emails as attached. No serious efforts are going on to clear the unpaid dividends by Canara Bank, HO & its assignee Kfin Technologies Ltd to release the pending dividends of last 2 years (Rs5500/-)
PLEASE REFER MY EARLIER COMPLAINT ALSO. The precious unpaid Dividend drafts with me (two nos totalling Rs5500) is already superceded as they are in my mother name which CB n Kfin Tech had aleady acknowlegded as unpaid. Since those 300 CB shares are now transferred to my name (demat a/c) for which all relevant proofs/document submitted these unpaid dividend amount Rs5500/- should now by default be transferred to by SBI A/C [protected]. (Bank Code: SBIN0001363) as indicated in my SBI Securities Ltd CML (client master list) submitted to them already.
