Canara Bank — about non-withdrawal of money from atm but got message of debiting the amount

On dated 30th of september 2017 at 9.21 a. M. As i was withdrawing money from atm and after feeding all information light got off and atm stopped working and i could get the amount of rs. 6000 but same time i got massage in my mobile about deducting the said money. And after that called to costmor care toll free no.[protected] and give them all detail and they replied me that you will get your money within 24 hrs. But sir till today i have not received..
You are requested to take necessary action in the concern and oblige.
