Sir/Madam,
I am Sharadamma, having a savings account with SBI (Account Number)-[protected].
I came across a issue with respect to the ATM- Time 8:00 pm, i tried to withdraw 10000 from the ATM but i did not received the amount, i also raised a complaint with SBI with Case id[protected] dated 16/3/2022 and case id 89667545 dated 24/3/2022 for not receiving the amount. My account is debited but cash was not dispensed from the ATM.
On 5th April 2022 i got the reply from SBI stating that the case is closed considering the transaction was successful as per canara bank records. But the transaction was not successful as I did not receive the amount.
I request you to please look into the matter.
