I am BINDHU NANDHAKUMAR a Canara bank customer .I did a online transaction on amazon shopping platform on 30th of August 2021 for an amount of 483, which gave a failure message and my amount got debited from my account.
I ordered a wireless mouse from amazon shopping and the transaction is done through online .But the order get cancelled due to the transaction error of CANARA BANK .But the amount is debited from account .When I contact with the customer service of AMAZON, they said that they didn't got that amount and the order is cancelled due to the error of bank(CANARA BANK).And when I asked the bank employee about this, they said that they don't know anything and cant do anything .They said in a manner that they don't have any responsibility in this case .They treated me in a careless manner .The transaction got error and amount debited from account only because of the problem of bank .So please do the necessary and help to get my money back .Hoping good.
Resolution of my complaint is to credit my amount back to my account.
