Canara Bank — amazon prime cancellation refund not received

My amazon prime membership got auto renewal on 15 april 2020.. So i made a call to customer care of amazon regarding cancellation of prime membership... She cancelled my prime membership and told me that you will receive refund of rs999 in 7 working days... But till now i did'nt received my refund.. Then i made a call to amazon customer care... They told me that your is successfully processed from our side and the they gave me refund reference no:[protected] and told me to talk to canara bank customer care... When i made a call to canara bank customer care, they aren't listening what i am trying to say.. That are giving irrelevant answers and then hang up the call... I am so pissed off... Refund my money as soon as possible...
