My name is vineeta patel Bank name canara bank Account no.[protected] I purchased a product on 9 october2018 using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 20ti purchased a product on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 20th of thi month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-258809.
