This is regarding my refund status of a product initiated by amazon on 8/8/19. I was informed by amazon that my refund will be reflected in my bank account by 19/8/19. And when i enquired customer service they said bank has already sent a message telling refund has been successful but when i checked today i haven't received the amount yet.
