i, sindhkumar recharged rs 298 to my mobile on 17.01.2016 9.pm by mobile net banking, the amount is debited from my account but still not currency received .
for the confirmation i recharged 40rs more to the same number both online recharge done amont debit currency not received,
I WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK WIT CANARA BANKING IMPS TEAM AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE IS BUSY FROM MORNING 8.30 AM TO NIGHT 9PM, AFTER 9.30 PHONE WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE..
SIR TOTAL 78 FRIENDS ARE IN THE CANARA FAMILY FROM HUBLI CITY, THERE IS NO MOBILE RECHARE OPTION AVAILABLE IN NET BANKING FOR MOBILE RECHARE,
MOBILE RECHAGE CAN BE DONE ONLY IN MOBILE BANKING, BUT IN MOBILE BANKING MY AMOUNT WILL DEBIT BUT CURRENCY NOT RECEIVING .
MY HUGE REQUEST MY AMOUNT REFUND AND UPDATE MOBILE RECHRGE OPTION IN NET BANKING..
