Canara Bank — amount debited but amount not received at the atm | |||
Hi sir. This complaint is in connection with my sb account no[protected] of branch rajajinagar 3rd block, canara bank. On 10/08/17 i've tried to withdraw an amount of 10000 at kotak mahindra bank atm of basaveswaranagar branch at 12:32hrs through canara bank debit card for which i didn't get the money instead i got a withdrawal slip mentioned "please enter lesser amount"in that. Meantime i got a message on my registered mobile number that an amount of rs10000 is been debited from my account. Again i tried to withdraw rs.10000 from the same atm at 12:33hrs but didnt get the money instead i got the withdrawal slip mentioned the same"please enter lesser amount" in that for the second time too. Meantime got a message to my registered mobile number from canara bank that an amount of rs10000 is been debited. So an amount of rs20000 has been debited from my account without receiving any amount from atm. After some time i got another massage from canara bank that an amount of rs10000 is reversed to my account. After that i have not received any massage from canara bank about reversal of amount. But still my rs10000 is pending for reversal. I request you the superior authority to look in to the matter and help me out with issue. Thankyou. Was this information helpful? | |||
