Canara Bank — Amount debited but didn't receive the refund

Hello,
I am BIJIUNNI.A, customer of CANARA BANK, SOUTH PARAVUR, KOLLAM State: KERALA and my Account number is[protected] I made a UPI transaction of 2 000 rupees from my canara account on 05.11.20 to some other account of my friend, the amount got debited but didn't reach the receiving end neither I got the refund back. It's my request to you kindly help me with this matter as soon as possible as it's quite a huge amount for me to loss at crucial this point. My contact number is [protected]
