Canara Bank — amount debited but not credited to beneficiary account rs:1000 (bhim app)

On 17th may-2018 i had written a complaint to [protected]@canarabank.com regarding a teansaction through upi app from my account no:[protected] of rs:1000 it shows transaction failure and the amount has been debited from my account and & not credited to beneficiary account. There is no response for that mail. So plz take some action and solve my problem and plz credit the amount into my account
