Canara Bank — Amount debited but recharge not successful

Sir/mam I had recharge electricity bill on 2nd may 2025 of 1430₹ amount debited but recharge not successful still I am waiting for my refund I have also complaint on grievance portal but not any responding..I have attached documents for brief details in epassbook pdf.
