Canara Bank — amount deduction without information to the users

Hi,
My self I Had took education loan from canara bank peenya branch i was paying monthly 3200rs that has been told my bank manager there was a over due of 6000rs in my loan account my mother account was linked to my loan account .The branch manager of peenya branch cleared 1800rs to my loan account from my mother account without information to (Anyone) me and my mother also, these is the 3rd time i am happening like these. I[censored] are not taking any action on these case i am going to give complaint on these with out information accessing to our account so i need a action taken from Dept of canara bank i am waiting for ur call or confirmation .
