Canara Bank — amount does not withdraw but amount deducted from account | |||||
Hi, I have saving bank account no.[protected] at canara bank, sanjay colony, sec-23, district-, faridabad. I withdraw a amount of 8000 from dcb bank atm in sanjay colony, sec-23, faridabad on[protected] at around 1:00 pm in the afternoon. But light has gone and when light come atm show out of services when i checked into another bank then it show balance had been deducted. I was surprised to see that 8000 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss. I also contact to canara bank and filed a complained against it. My complained id is: [protected] But right now nothing happened. Canara bank say they contact to dcb bank. But their is no response from dcb bank. I request to you. Please take any action regarding this. So i get balance as soon as possible.
