Canara Bank — amount has not been refunded by amazon

I have ordered a product in amazon on 11 october this year and cancelled it on 14 october. I didn't get my money back please resolve this issue sir.
I will be waiting for you to resolve this issue.
Many people has this issue. Amazon is a fraud company cheating on people.
I'm waiting till date to get my money back. I have contacted canara back customer care also they have told to register a complaint here so im trying in this way.
