Canara Bank — Amount not refunded | |||||
I nishant kumar bearing saving a/c[protected] in your Bokaro steel city naya more branch has registered complaint regarding deduction twice for the same transaction. As i have registered complain no-1617AC5891 on 17th feb, 2017 but amount has been not refunded yet. The customer care are speaking different things at different time, sometimes they say to wait for 45 days and sometimes they say that it has been sent to CCR package and now canara bank bokaro naya more branch will solve this issue. I am really frustrated from the customer care services and till yet there is no response from bokaro branch also and on complaint redressal mechanism, the current status is showing that the issue has been resolved and closed.They are denying to refer my call to head officer, and bokaro branch has not replied anything on this issue. Is this the way to deal with your customers? I request you therefore to refund the amount of ₹1644 which has been debited twice on 14/02/2017 and solve this issue as soon as possible.
