[Resolved] Canara Bank — amount not refunded for failed transaction
I made two consecutive transaction to rrb on 04/03/2018. Both transactions were failed and amount was deducted, rs.250 each time. It's more than 7 days now, and it hasn't been refunded yet. I called the canara bank toll-free number and they gave me the transaction id as follows -
Name - manoj kumar oraon
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible
