Canara Bank — Amount not refunded. (Through can mobile app)

My 2 imps transactions of rs.3900 were unsucessful through canmobile app. An errror ocurred, "conncetion with server not possible". And later the amount got debited from my account. But it is not credited in the other account. So please refund the amount in my account
. Kindly help me. Their reference nos are :[protected][protected].
I have sent a screenshot of that transaction. Those two transactions of rs. 3900 failed.
