Canara Bank — an application for canara bank not give me no dues letter

Respected sir,
My father a tracter lon by the loan account no.[protected] in the canara bank branch fatehpur sikri agra uttar pradesh.
I am guaranter this loan .but my father has deid so I paid this loan balance 60000/- by the dated 28.3.2018 amount 50000/- and dated 6.4.2018 amount paid but the bank not give me no dues latter.I gone many times in the bank but not respons giver by bank officers.I am a farmer so my fasal has died.
plz give me no dues letter
